Quick Facts About V & N Nail Spa

V & N Nail Spa is a nail salon that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have had positive experiences and praised the salon for its designs, friendliness, and attention to detail, others have expressed dissatisfaction with their services. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of V & N Nail Spa, let's analyze the comments provided.
One customer mentioned that they have been going to V & N Nails for years and commended Tina for her unique nail designs and ability to fulfill any request. This suggests that the salon has skilled and creative nail technicians who can provide a wide range of designs to suit customers' preferences. Moreover, the reviewer noted that the salon is beautiful and the staff members are friendly, which creates a pleasant atmosphere for customers.
However, the strengths mentioned above are overshadowed by several weaknesses highlighted in the negative reviews. One customer complained about the poor service they received during an acrylic fill appointment. They mentioned that they had to wait, and their nail technician was soft-spoken and difficult to communicate with. Additionally, the technician accidentally burned the customer multiple times with the dremel tool and caused their nail to bleed. The end result was crooked nails with uneven tips, which suggests a lack of attention to detail and poor quality of work. Furthermore, the customer was dissatisfied with the amount of time it took for the service and the fact that they had to endure an irritating Abba song playing repeatedly during the appointment.
Another customer had a negative experience when requesting a specialized ombré French with dip powder. They mentioned that the nail technician claimed to be able to do it, but the final result looked awful. The French dip was not done properly, and the nails had different size and length of white tips. The customer requested the technician to stop and redo the nails, but their lack of experience and inability to meet the customer's expectations led to an unpleasant experience.
A third customer praised a specific nail technician named Tonya, emphasizing her expertise and dedication to her clients. This suggests that V & N Nail Spa has talented technicians who can deliver satisfactory results if customers have the right professional attending to them.
However, another customer expressed disappointment with the durability of their gel manicure. They mentioned that the polish started to crack and peel just a few days after the appointment, indicating that the quality of products or application may need improvement.
One positive aspect mentioned by a customer is the experience they had with a specific nail technician named Henry. This suggests that V & N Nail Spa has experienced technicians who can deliver excellent service.
Overall, based on the comments provided, it can be concluded that the strengths of V & N Nail Spa lie in its talented technicians who can create unique designs and provide satisfactory services to some customers. The salon is also praised for its friendliness and attention to detail in some cases. However, weaknesses include poor communication and professionalism, inconsistent quality of work, and issues with product durability. V & N Nail Spa may benefit from addressing these weaknesses to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and improve their overall reputation.

Best TL Reviews

I love V and N Nails! I’ve been coming here for years and Tina does the coolest designs! Anything I want, she can do! Every Holiday I get something different! They are all so nice and friendly. It’s beautiful in the salon too! I highly recommend this place!
Went in for an acrylic fill, cut down and 1 nail needed to be fixed.
Pros - I did not have to wait.
I sat at table 1 I don’t know the tech’s name as she was extremely soft spoken and I couldn’t hear her.
It took well over 10 minutes just to dremel my old polish off. The dremel slipped and burned me multiple times. One time blood was drawn. If she mumbled an apology I did not hear her.
Rather than remove my broken nail she acryliced over it which showed when she was painting my nails.
The end result is very crooked and many of the tips are straight rather than round.
It took about 80 minutes and the entire time they had some firework display with an Abba song on the tv that played continuously. After hearing the horrible song for the 4th time I asked why and she obviously didn’t know what I was asking because she responded with a laugh.
After being tortured with the abba song/fireworks, burns and blood my total was $40 before my $5 tip. For the amount of time she took I would hope my nails looked better. I do not recommend this place
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt this was necessary to prevent anyone else from experiencing the same problem. I called to ask if they could do an ombré French with dip powder. He told me yes. I showed him a picture when I arrived. He was very nice, but definitely had never done this. It looked absolutely awful and the French dip was half way down the nail. Don't say you know how to do something if you've never done it to make a buck. I asked him to stop and just do a plain French with dip. Once again, I'm not sure he'd even done this, as each white tip was a different size or length. He got two nails in and I knew it wasn't going to get better so I asked him politely to stop, take it off, and I left. This was my personal experience. Hopefully others have had a better one
I visited on Saturday. Had a great experience!! It’s been some time since I’ve had my nails done and I don’t usually stay consistent, but the nail tech did such a good job that I am totally excited to go back!! I got a manicure with gel polish. So much attention to detail while she cleaned up my nails and shaped them. Love it!
Tonya is my nail technician she does a awesome job. She takes care of the clients in her chair and doesn’t worry about anyone else her clients are her number one. Tonya comes up with the designs or she can look at pictures and make it better. BeBe does my toes and she makes my feet brand new it’s not often I get them done but it feels great.????
My nails were done relatively well but I asked & paid for shellac on my fingernails and that’s not what I have. This polish has been cracking and peeling since the second day I got them done. I’ve never experienced this with shellac. Pity, since it was a nice job on the first day.
I always ask for Henry, he’s been doing nails for 10 years and is the best, most experienced nail tech I’ve ever had.
The nail place I usually go to was booked for the week, so I decided to try V & N Nail Spa. My gel manicures usually last about 3 weeks. At this spa for a gel manicure, my manicure started to chip and the polish would fall off completely about 4 days after my appointment. I called and they said they could not give any sort of refund or have me come in to fix my gel manicure. It has been 13 days and all of my polish is off. They do great work according to reviews, but the experience was not what I expected! They seem to specialize in pedicures and acrylic nails.
