their service was amazing, tony did my nails perfectly as i wanted them. the price was really good as well. it was the best experience. since it was almost my birthday, they gave me a 10% discount.

They are very nice people but the ladies are not good with nails. The man there is good. The nail tech need to be retrained. I was unsatisfied and asked for another coat or something to fix this mess. They said my nails were fine.

There so focused on getting the next person in they rush through your nails. No cleaning the corners filing the sides cleaning underneath the nails. Great prices

This shop is located in Kroger Citi-Center Plaza with no more than two employees to service many. This place has four manicure chairs and 6 pedicure chairs. I returned to the store after 6 days because of 8 of 10 nails were peeling off from the cuticle, 1 nail has came completely off and needed nail color change for job interview on Friday. I've been in shop before where complaints of services rendered were verbalized. The space is in some order but equipment failure is known to happen and bugs are seen. I had my receipt and proved I received prior service. The four star is for the additional repair of all ten nails although I paid an additional ten dollars for nail color change and 1 nail repair. This is the one of two nails shops with a 2-mile radius of Kroger Citi-Center. Pedicures are really good.

They really charged me 70 for these nails and they didn’t even do a good job .

I love getting pedicures. I know I'm a guy, there's nothing like having your feet taken care of. This location has fantastic stuff that really did a fantastic job.
