Mr Quan is amazing!! He takes his time perfecting my nails every single time. I’ve never had my nails last longer than 2 weeks before, but ever since he’s been doing my nails, they can last 3+ weeks or until they grow out without breaking or chipping. Highly recommend this place!
Went because my regular nail salon..Elizs was closed. I sat in the waiting area waiting while the lady was on the phone..then when I got to the seat and picked out my color.. she threw that on the table ..then when some more people came in and wanted a pedicure..she went to run the water for that . I finally got up and walked out...because my time is valuable. I felt as though I was not valued as a customer I will never go back there again.
Pedicure done in 12 minutes yesterday in Richmond VA. Nail tech painted my all over my skin and kept wiping it from my skin, but not the nail, so the polish was caked on, then she patted it down with her finger. She was an older lady and appeared to have vision issues. I complained and she said she would take $5 off. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I complained to the cashier and she said, “Wow, That looks terrible.” She called the nail tech to fix it. ????
I requested someone else to fix it. She said the same tech had to fix it. I said NO WAY! The nail tech ran to the front of the salon and started using acetone to remove the paint from my skin and frantically repeated “I will fix it!” I asked her to please stop. She was on her knees, ???? while I stood at the register asking her to please stop. I felt bad for her, so just paid and walked out. Horrible experience!!!
My girlfriend went here for the first time today & loved her experience! She had all positive things to say about the establishment & the owner & his professionalism & kindness!
Pedicure was 5 mins she ain’t take no time on my feet nd got otger people waiting nd it’s just her
Very unprofessional and rushed for no reason. This was my first and last time ever coming to this place i asked for a simple pedicure and eyebrow cleaning and this women was rushed and sloppy for no reason was no one here but one girl and me and she managed too miss my entire eyebrow and snatched my damn eyelash right off my eye and than going to proceed and offer me weave glue to correct her. Very rude with their approach towards paying customers.
This Black Young lady did my pedicure and nails and she was amazing. She took her time and was so professional. I absolutely love this spot and her. I will be returning to her.
