If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Needed nails for a wedding, my usual place was closed, so I went here. The first red flag was that one of the workers stopped doing my sisters nails halfway through, had her wait for another stylist to get done, because he didn't know how to do the design. If he was upfront and honest it wouldn't have been a problem, but he lied, and had her wait 20-30 min behind another customer.
Next, the lady who did my nails applied the acrylic incorrectly. It came out chunky and VERY uneven. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her finish. But no, it did not get better. If anything the matte made it look worse. I asked for square and instead I got a very chunky/rounded version of that. (Pics below)
I tell her it's chunky, she shrugs and basically blames it on me. I asked for a discount at the very least and again she ignores me. The man who worked at the front saw I was dissatisfied and tried to take a picture, fake hyping it up. They posted it, but anyone with eyes can see they looked horrible.
TLDR: $55!?!? For ugly lump nails? Never again! Stay far away from this place.
Hidden gem in the neighborhood. Every time I go I get a great pedicure. I always get the same girl and I am always happy with my nails. They are clean and curteous.
This is the true epitome of poor quality. I wouldn’t send a corpse there. Someone had to fix Kerry mistake. I will never ever go there again it is for old ladies getting manicures. Don’t waste your time.
I got stiletto nails and a pedicure. My nails are beautiful. I did want flowers on my nails but the nail tech said she didn’t know how to do them which I appreciated her honesty because most tech’s will do it wrong, charge you, then want to argue! It’s very clean and the staff is professional!!

I've come here twice now, second time was because I couldn't remember if I loved them or hated them... It was hated. I got a French mani pedi for a wedding. It's two days later and my gel finger nails are peeling. There is also still some of my old color under them. The must not have the same white for gels as they do regular bc they did a double coat of a clearer white. First it was chunky and thick, so they redid it to this ultra thin white line. They kept asking me how thick the line should be for the French manicure. "idk, isn't this YOUR job?". They didn't do a great job trimming or caring for either set of nails. The front under sides are rough still. Made it look less crisp. Not all of the employees can speak fluent English and often have to have someone translate.
I’ve been going here for months! Excellent fast, cheap service! I had an appointment for a Medi Pedi at noon. They did my feet fine! The problem came when it was time to do my nails. Kerry just assumed that I wanted my natural nails done. I asked for acrylic and tips on my fingers, and she told me she didn't have time to do so. There was no one in the salon, no line, nothing. When I pointed that out, she told me I would have to wait 40 mins because the lady getting her feet done was getting her nails done next. Mind you, I had an appointment, and the woman who had just arrived was still getting her feet wet, toes not even touched yet. When I told her I was confused, she still didn't explain why I had to wait. She insisted that I get my regular nails done. Still, I said I didn't want that and got up, paid for my toes, and left! You can not force someone to get something they do not wish to, and if you weren't able to complete the requested service, why schedule the appointment fully! They officially lost a loyal customer!!!
