This review is way over due but better late than never. I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. Everyone is very nice. I don’t usually write reviews but I love my nail tech Nina, she is the best! She’s got skills and does a great job with my eyebrows too. I couldn’t ask for better service.
I decided to try this salon because it had decent reviews. The salon was quiet and there was only two other people in the salon. The technician didn’t introduce herself at all and made very little small talk. I showed her a picture of what I would like which was a gel nail polish with a very simple design on one nail she said we don’t have that color. Didn’t offer to help me find a color similar. I selected another color and we got on with the manicure. She was very rough and used a grinder to get the left over gel off my nails from my last manicure which makes my nails thin. When she pained my nails she didn’t clean up the sides and left the nails pretty jagged. Needless to say I won’t be back.
Don't pay attention to the bad reviews... I went in for a fill and gel.. I had went to a different place and the experience was bad... I came here and the nail tech fixed and the nails are on point!! The curves are perfect...
First time here now that I have moved from Weet Orlando to East Orlando. Honestly I only knocked down one star because of the wait. It’s a cool little salon if you just need something simple. Staff was polite.
I got my nails done last week from today I don’t remember the ladies name but I asked for white acrylic nails coffin shaped when she was going to color my nails she had to put alcohol in the nail polish which I do that too but when I got my nails done not even 30 minutes passed and bubbles were in my nails from how old the nail polish was and on my fourth day my nail had already came off today just by washing my hands another nail came off today as well just scratching my arm acrylics are not supposed to come off that easily it hasn’t even been two nails and now I have two broken nails really sad about this, this was my first time here and already experiencing bad stuff with my nails ????????
They cancel my appointment cause no design tech at last minute. I hope they have better excuse.
I tip 20% so their loss.
A woman she didn’t know about nothing and I tell her to do different nails she didn’t know and why she work there if she didn’t know nothing I just want to tell you guys don’t go there you will not like there this is not first time I come there and this is not the first time they did something bad to my nails don’t go there girls.
everyone was super nice and nina did an amazing job with my nails! would never go anywhere else. definitely recommend :D
