Make an appointment! Otherwise it's a little awkward... I've been twice here and both times my nails were GREAT, but the first time I was a walk-in. They didnt treat me bad but I did feel slightly uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer to another salon for a long time and when they gave sloppy service multiple times in a row, I called Kimmy's. I will be sticking to Kimmy's even though they are a little bit more expensive than other places. Service was efficient between the small staff and I believe the COVID19 precautions are okay. They do hair, makeup, waxing, and nails!
My nail technician is out of town and I needed my nails done.this was my first time and they were really nice and fit me in their schedule. Adrian did my nails and I am very happy with them.he took his time ????Thank you.

The bald employee there was extremely rude. He acted like he was doing me a big favor to take me on as a pedi customer. He did a good job on the pedi but his manners were pretty bad. I won’t go back and I should have walked out.
