One of the best manicures& pedicures I’ve had in both Florida & NY! I had acrylic gel manicure & they look natural! Not bulky like most other places! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming too!
I was out having a whole spa day. I had gotten a massage and a facial that morning and my boyfriend insisted that I get my nails done as well. I swung by the closest nail salon which just so happened to be this one, and decided to get a full set of dip powder. My tech was literally so amazing! She was so fast and efficient, I was in and out within 40minutes and the nails were to die for. The shape was beautiful and the color was gorgeous, and thank god the results were great because my boyfriend proposed! My nails looked so beautiful with the ring and I could not have been any happier with how they came out
Was recommended by a friend to try dip and to ask for Mae. This was my 3rd time here and I love how my nails came out. Dip is a little expensive at $40 but it last longer than gel. Overall great experience!
They do a great job, but the salon is extremely overpriced in comparison to some other local salons, and I feel like they take advantage of your situation. Cachet Nails Spa charges whatever they like at the time. I also felt pressured for the money that I paid. $5 for a broken nail does not break my wallet, but paying 20% over the market rate PLUS $5 for one broken nail (that was put on by them to begin with) is obnoxious. In addition, many times that I wanted certain style or color, my assigned nail tech Mimi had an attitude and steered me toward something that was easier for her to do. I went there for the past 4 months or so, but I will not be coming back.

Customer services are great! They did such great french nails. My toe nails are very tiny but they managed to cover the color without messing up my toes as I experienced before. First time was impressive and definitely will come back
