Very clean place. Quick service. I've done a regular manicure in the past which came out nice. Most recently I did the dip powder manicure, which I do NOT recommend. My nails started chipping day 4 and two nails completely popped off by day 6. I called the shop when I noticed the chipping so soon and was told that the nails can chip in cold weather (it has been 60-70 degrees). By the next day the two different nails came off completely. Waste of money. I went back day 7 and had to pay for removal within one week of getting them done. Even the nail tech said that is not suppose to happen. There was no customer service or concern that I literally completed this service with them less than a week ago.
The pedicure was rushed … the manicure was just okay this time, never clipped cuticles, and when she did top coat she dipped brush in the bottle of clear ONCE for all 5 fingers (lazy).. the massage was PAINFUL, he pokes his elbows deep into my back..it hurt so bad
This nail salon is top notch….one of the best in the area. Great job and attention to detail. The salon is very clean. There a few downsides ….the prices and the impersonal attitude of the staff.
Went there on a Thursday for a powder manicure on Monday two of my nails chipped this is now the third time this has happened so I decided to go back this time. There was no customer service I’m sorry nothing just that they don’t have time today. I used to go here all the time I will not be going back ! When Lorena did them my first time they lasted 3 weeks.
Clean, friendly environment with lots of colors to choose from! We had an appointment and didn't wait more than a few minutes (unlike other nail salons). I love the dip powder and this is almost 2 weeks after getting my nails done! Not overly pricey and I was completely satisfied with the care of my nails. I'll be back!

Best pedicures. They take their time and do a wonderful job massaging your legs and feet. It was great.
I have been going here since I moved to Guilford, and will easily make the drive from where I live now to come here rather than other salons closer to me.
