I’ve been here a few times and its often hit or miss and the prices are inconsistent. They asked for $76 for dip on natural nails with two tips which is more than I usually pay for a full set other places. However, our nails came out good today and the nail tech was careful to try to preserve my natural nails. The salon itself is also very spacious and clean.
horrible place. very rude people that have no idea what they are doing. everytime i go here they just have bad customer service. i just wanted a color change for my acrylics. i picked out a color and waited 45 minutes even though i had an appointment. the lady took off my acrylics even tho i didn’t ask her to and she lied to me saying she didn’t. and my nails look sloppy but it’s not worth having to talk to them again
It’s a shame what’s become of this nail salon… after 8+ years, I’m finally done.
Paid 45.00 for a fill in which took him approximately 12 minutes to complete…no buffing down my nails; he only filed the top. I have more acrylic on my skin than ever before… very sloppy. What a waste of time and money.
Last straw... the owner fired Tammy two days before Christmas. VIP III owner has a real issue with the treatment of his long-standing employees and is a terrible business owner. The place is coming off the rails, and it is solely because of him. Your services are rushed? Because of him... Rude employees? All him... I've witnessed him berate his employees. He's losing loyal employees AND customers, I'm one of them. I only remained a customer because Tammy was there.
I was so very loyal to this salon, however I now refuse to go there. I won’t spend my time and money supporting a owner is not good to his employees.
Great experience at VIP for my pedicures and manicures. They can be busy at times so just call them in advance to get in faster!
You've finally lost me as a customer after 7 or 8 years. I've waited between 30-40 minutes the last few visits. Today I waited 30 minutes and my pedicure only lasted 20. He missed half of my nail with polish and complained that I wanted them cut not filed. What a waste of money.
WHERE DID MORA GO? If anyone knows, please let me know!!
Most of the techs will give you a terrible mani/pedi and if you get lucky enough to stumble upon a good tech, odds are they won't be around for long...wonder why. Now that Mora left, there's no reason to come back.
