Went there today for a soak of nail set and new set and a pedicure. the pedicure was ok, i feel like the tech that did my pedicure may either be new or apprenticing so gave some leeway there.
the nails however are horrible. I am not pleased with them at all. the are shorter than I wanted, I wanted coffin shaped they are not shaped properly at all . I had to ask them to check the lengths cause they were not remotely close to same lengths. The acrylic is on my cuticles which means they will lift in 2-3 days, and I
specifically mentioned I cut hair for a living and I need to make sure the acrylic is not over the cuticle otherwise it lifts and snags the hair while I'm cutting. If you don't want coffin shaped nails you might be ok. if you like coffin shape I do not recommend.
Went there at last minute with Mom, daughter and granddaughter. We had a great time! My granddaughter loved her design on her nails. My mom needed the special attention to get her toes the way she like them. My daughter loves her nails also. I adore mine. We will be back.
Went into this business for the first time and with a painful ingrown toenail. Not only was the organic pedicure amazing, she did a great job taking care of my toenail issue. Great foot massage and pleasant staff. Reasonably priced.
First of all she was rude and rough. Then I told her I wanted powder and she proceeded to tell me how they only last for two weeks, which is a lie. After telling her three times that I wanted powder, she still proceeded to try to put gel on my nails anyway! I had to physically stop her. Then She said gel was $50+ and powder was $40+. But when I got to the register, she charged me $53, the gel price, because she was upset.
These are not $53 nails.
Never again.
Deserves 0 stars DO not come here ! Waited for 4 hours , made a reservation and my birthday IS tomorrow .. I had to sacrifice getting my nails done because they kept over booking. Word of advice DO THE CLIENTS YOU HAVE IN YOUR CHAIR FIRST BEFORE ACCEPTING WALK INS. And the service sucks !
A go-to location with reasonable prices and quality work that lasts much longer than that from other salons in the Chester area.
Second time coming here and service is bad. All my french pedicure nails were messed up, and i told the guy one color and he chosed another one. Would not come back here again
