Quick Facts About Honey Nails & Design
Honey Nails & Design place has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers, indicating both strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. In this analysis, we will discuss these strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, several customers mentioned that their nails looked good after visiting Honey Nails & Design. This suggests that the salon is capable of delivering satisfactory nail services and achieving the desired outcomes of their customers. The comment about the nails looking amazing after being fixed by a gentleman also indicates that there might be competent nail technicians at the establishment who can rectify any issues that may have occurred during the initial service.
The clean environment is another strength of Honey Nails & Design, as mentioned by one customer. A clean environment is important for maintaining hygiene and creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. It shows that the salon takes cleanliness seriously and prioritizes the well-being of its clients.
Friendly staff is also noted as a positive attribute. Having friendly staff members can enhance the overall customer experience by creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. When customers feel valued and well-treated, they are more likely to return and recommend the salon to others.
Moving on to the weaknesses identified by the comments, a common complaint seems to be the lack of attention to customer preferences. One customer mentioned that the staff did not listen to them, resulting in uneven nails. Another customer stated that their design requests were ignored, and all fingers were decorated against their wishes. This suggests that the communication and customer service at Honey Nails & Design may need improvement.
Several negative comments also mentioned the poor quality of the nail work. Customers described clumpy, poorly shaped acrylics and nails covered in bubbles and rough texture. These experiences indicate a lack of skill or attention to detail from the technicians. In some cases, customers even reported being hurt during the process, such as being burned with a drill or having fingers split open. These incidents not only compromise customer satisfaction but can also pose a risk to the customer's well-being.
Issues of timeliness and organization were also raised in the comments. One customer mentioned being on and off the phone during their service, causing delays and interruptions. Another customer had to wait for a significantly longer time than others who arrived after them. These instances highlight a lack of efficiency and professionalism in managing customer appointments and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Lastly, a lack of transparency in pricing was mentioned by one customer who claimed they were charged $50 in cash without a receipt. This can create concerns about the salon's business practices and raise doubts about the legitimacy of the charges.
In conclusion, Honey Nails & Design place has strengths in delivering good-looking nails, maintaining a clean environment, and having friendly staff. However, weaknesses in customer communication, skill and attention to detail, timeliness and organization, and transparency in pricing were identified based on the comments. Addressing these weaknesses and improving these areas could contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience at Honey Nails & Design.

Good experience. Nails look good, clean environment and friendly staff.
They don’t listen to you and none of my nails are even
this place is HORRIBLE, i went in to get my first ever acrylics and they looked like those pieces of gum that are white and rectangular. poorly shaped and very clumpy, worst nail experience of my life, not only did the nails look bad but they burned me with the drill multiple times, i went during cocos and they did not require masks or clean the space after me.
Was terrible I was charged $50 cash with no receipt. She was on and off the phone every 3-5 minutes pausing my manicure it took 1 1/2 hours she hurt my hand several times I wanted marble and it looks like blue cow print 2 days after I got them my middle finger right hand started pulling up in the back and 4 days after today it popped off and the right hand ring finger one snapped off and ripped up my real nail. I’m livid I want a refund and I’m definitely never going there EVER AGAIN
I did a walk-in and got sat down quickly. I showed my tech the designs I wanted for my valentine inspired gel set. They were clean friendly and prompt. I did come in with in about an hour of them opening as well. Just for time reference
I would not recommend.. the lady was rude and argumentative about what I wanted.. told her what I wanted and she completely ignored me.. Agressive while filing and split open 2 of my fingers open.. Told her I only wanted designs on my ring fingers and she did all fingers. The nails are covered in bubbles and rough.. all around a horrible job.. if I could give less than 1 star I would..
My nails look amazing. Thank you to the Gentleman who fixed em. You had ur worm cut out for you and they are beautifull
Very very rude....I arrived and was waiting to get a full set of nails .. A couple walked in after I did and both water Pedicures and she wanted hell nails and he a manicure... They both got their pedicures done and he wasin the process of getting his manicure done. At this time I had been there for a hour waiting.. Still haven't even gotten started on me.. and like I said they arrived at least 15 minutes after I did. I was passed . So I just left.. no star rating
