Quick Facts About Vogue Nails

Vogue Nails seems to have several strengths based on the comments provided. Firstly, many customers praised the fair pricing of the salon. This suggests that Vogue Nails provides affordable services, which is attractive to customers who may be looking for quality nail care at a reasonable price.
Additionally, customers appreciated the cleanliness of the salon. This demonstrates that Vogue Nails maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, which is important in a nail salon to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.
Another strength mentioned by multiple customers was the friendliness of the employees. The fact that the staff knew many clients by name and showed appreciation for their customers suggests that Vogue Nails prioritizes building strong relationships with clients and creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Several customers also mentioned the expertise and skill of certain nail technicians, such as Kevin and Andy. Their ability to remove a previous manicure with ease and leave the customer's nails looking healthy and beautiful showcases the proficiency and attention to detail of the staff at Vogue Nails.
Moreover, one customer mentioned that Andy at Vogue Nails consistently provides quality work at great prices, which indicates that the salon maintains a high level of consistency in delivering satisfactory results to their clients.
On the other hand, there are also weaknesses present in the comments. One customer expressed disappointment with the dip powder nails they received, mentioning that the particles were visible and the clear coat was already chipping shortly after application. This suggests that the quality of the dip powder manicure may be inconsistent or subpar.
Another customer had a negative experience with Andy, who was disrespectful and made the customer feel uncomfortable during their nail service. This indicates that some staff members may not exhibit the same level of professionalism and customer service, which could negatively impact the overall experience for customers.
Furthermore, a customer mentioned that their gel manicure was poorly done, with uneven nails and rough edges. This suggests that there may be inconsistency in the quality of the nail services provided at Vogue Nails, as some customers may receive satisfactory results while others may not.
Additionally, the customer mentioned feeling rushed and uncomfortable during the manicure, indicating that the salon may not prioritize giving each customer sufficient time and attention during their services.
Lastly, one customer expressed dissatisfaction with the removal process of dip nails, stating that their nails were unnecessarily ground down, resulting in damage. This suggests that the salon may not have consistent and effective procedures for removing dip powder nails, leading to potential harm to the customer's natural nails.
In conclusion, Vogue Nails has several strengths, including fair pricing, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are also weaknesses present, such as inconsistent quality of nail services, unprofessional behavior from certain staff members, and potential damage to natural nails during the removal process.

First time getting my nails done in Medina; as I’m new to town. I was thoroughly impressed with this nail salon and I’ve been to many across major cities in the US. The pricing is fair, the salon is clean, and the employees were so friendly. They knew majority of clients by name as they came in and you can tell they appreciate their customers. Kevin was my mail tech and he did a fantastic job. I had tips and Gel X on, from a salon in California, that I needed removed. Another salon in Medina turned me away saying they couldn’t take it off. Kevin and Andy took one look at it and said they could get the job done. They removed my previous manicure with ease and left my nails looking healthy and beautiful. Kevin paid close attention to detail and fixed small details such as polish bubbling without me even having to ask. I also received this bottle of lotion with one of their many promotions going on. Will be coming back soon (2 weeks to be exact ????). Thank you for giving me a great experience!
I had a full set placed and they used dip powder. Not a fan. There are all these powder fragments/particles all throughout the pink and the clear coat is already chipping on one of the fingers. They were just done a couple hours ago. Not thrilled as I am leaving for vacation in a couple of days and they did not turn out at all what they should have. Not my first rodeo with dips, gel X, acrylic, etc. Just my first time at this salon…
***update- i called the salon back bc my thumb nail was peeling after less than 24hrs. They were very gracious and said to always let them know if i have a problem and they are willing to fix ir for me to i updated my rating a bit. So I paid $48 plus tip to two people for a gel manicure (bc another came over to do the design) that looks like I could have done it myself. So much mess left on my fingers that I had to clean up when I got home. I didn't realize until later, that my skin was stuck to the gel polish on my nails. They were just not well done at all. Very disappointed. This was my first and last time at this establishment.
My wife never goes anywhere but to Andy @ Vogue Nails...quality work and great prices!
I have literallt never left a google review before, but im really disappointed. Went out of town away from my daughter for the first time, and it was near my bday. My husband dropped me off here (after I tried to insist I didn't want to waste the money I didn't need it) so I could get pampered and relax. The pedicure was great and I was starting to get into it until the guy Andy started doing my nails at thr same time. Which was alright until i had to keep reaching over myself for glue and cuts. Which was also not really a big deal until he start like literally talking crao to me about wanting my nails short and natural.
I was then bounced over to the poor lady that was doing my pedicure and supposed to leave after, for her to finish my nails... which were way too long and not shaped or anything yet so she had some work still to do. She was almost done and then here comes Andy to finish the job. He never finished shaping the acrylic so my "I need them to be as natural looking as possible" are extremely thick, each nail is a different shape and uneven length. I wanted a simple black nail with a glitter ombre from the top I have black nail with a nail brush full of glitter dabbed at thr top not spread at all causing the nail yo have a very visible lump where the ombre should be ombre'ing.... on each nail. The whole time he was like either making fun of me for about how I wanted a natural looking nail or being loud and obnoxious to other customers over me.
I corrected so many things with length and color and just wanted to get out of there I'm sure of I would have made a bigger deal they would have fixed but I also had things to do it was nye.
The only star given was for the lady who took these tired moms ugly a$$, works full time on her feet constantly, toes and turned them into something beautiful. I hope the $20 tip went ti her.
I would give less than one star if I could. The tech totally ruined my nails.
They assured me they don’t grind off but soak off the dip before I agreed to it. When I went back to have it removed a couple weeks later not only did they grind off the top layer of polish before soaking he then proceeded to grind off the whole top layer of my nail. I will NEVER go back. It is going to take months before my nails stop splitting.
We came here to start my sister's bachelorette party. We had a great time. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
I've never actually wrote a poor review, but unfortunately this time I am. I just had a gel manicure and it is awful. I am not someone who has a "go to" nail place, but this is definitely not somewhere I would go again. My nails were uneven and so rough I had to file the edges and reshape my nails when I got home. And while normally I would request the person doing my nails fix these issues before leaving, I felt very rushed and uncomfortable during the manicure. The color that was painted on my nails looked nothing like the demonstration nail I picked (I assume this is because they placed more than 2 thin coats on the demo nail with the amount of glitter on that nail vs my nails currently). When I noticed the color was not like what was picked, I asked the guy if we could go darker. He was visibly agitated with that request. He then placed one thin coat of the next shade darker on my nails which to be honest did nothing. They are supposed to be red and look pink at best in the sunlight. They honestly look horrible, and with just two thin coats you can still see right though the polish. My pinky nail was only half covered by top coat and now looks like a matte finish, but one that is also tacky to the touch. There seemed to be some repeat customers in there, so maybe it was just a bad experience for me. However based on my current experience, it is not a place I will return.
