Quick Facts About Vogue Nails & Spa

Strengths:
1. Skilled and meticulous technicians: According to several comments, the technicians at Vogue Nails & Spa, particularly Lucy and Lynn, are highly skilled and pay great attention to detail. They are able to deliver the desired nail designs and shapes accurately, resulting in customer satisfaction.
2. Friendly and caring staff: The staff, including Mike at the front desk, is praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. They make customers feel welcome and remember them by name, creating a personalized experience.
3. Artistic abilities and variety of designs: Vogue Nails & Spa is commended for their artistic abilities and ability to create a wide range of designs. Customers appreciate their ability to accommodate various design requests, making the salon a go-to place for creative nail designs.
4. Clean salon environment: Multiple comments mention the cleanliness of the salon, indicating that Vogue Nails & Spa maintains a hygienic and clean environment for their customers.
5. Great quality: Customers express satisfaction with the quality of their nails after visiting Vogue Nails & Spa. Natural nails are reported to be healthier, and the overall experience is described as top-notch.
Weaknesses:
1. Pricing discrepancy: One customer mentions being disappointed with the pricing at Vogue Nails & Spa. They felt that $50 for a basic acrylic set and a plain color was too high compared to other salons charging $35 for a similar service. This suggests a potential weakness in pricing consistency and value for money.
2. Uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere: A negative comment describes persistent discomfort and feeling unwelcome at the salon. The customer claims that workers would laugh and speak in their own language, potentially making fun of clients. This creates an unpleasant atmosphere for customers, and the salon should address and rectify such behavior.
3. Rushed service and failure to fulfill customer requests: Another negative comment highlights rushed service resulting in dissatisfaction. The customer was charged $70 for a set of nails that were shorter than requested, and their desired design was not fully executed. This indicates a weakness in upholding customer preferences and delivering the expected results.
4. Rewards program limitations: A customer expresses a desire for improvements to the salon's rewards program. They suggest a more rewarding system, such as a free manicure or pedicure of choice after five visits, rather than the current offerings. This indicates a weakness in the rewards program's perceived value and could benefit from enhancements to ensure customer loyalty.
Overall, Vogue Nails & Spa seems to have several strengths, including skilled technicians, a friendly staff, artistic abilities, and a clean salon environment. However, there are notable weaknesses concerning pricing consistency, an uncomfortable atmosphere for some customers, rushed service, and limitations in the rewards program. Addressing these weaknesses could further improve the overall customer experience at Vogue Nails & Spa.

Another great job by Lucy!
Haven't gone to anyone else since I found her about 7 months ago.
My Natural nails are so healthy now People think they're fake...!
She is very meticulous and my nails always turn out like the picture that I brought her. Thanks Lucy!
Mike at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and veryHelpful!????
I was kind of disappointed in my nails as there are streaks and has bubbles and the shape of my pinky and the finger with the ring look off. I was charged $50 for a basic acrylic set and a plain color when I've been to multiple salons with the same color and shape and only get charged $35. For what I got I'd say $50 was definitely not worth it.
I’ve been going to vogue nails for years. Their techs always do a great job and I can rely on them always having someone who can do whatever design I want. They always leave me impressed by their artistic abilities. They are always friendly, prompt, and their salon is clean.
Really love this place. Everyone is so kind and they really care about their clientele. They remember you by name. Have been going here for months and by far the best place for a manicure.
Lynn is the best for pedi’s and acrylics. She has such great attention to detail and is very patient. She is careful not to cut or hurt you. Everyone is friendly and kind, just wish their rewards program could be more of a free mani/pedi of choice after 5 pedi/manis. Instead of what they now offer.
Thomas and all of his ladies are amazing! Rose and Helen took care of me and my sister. They were so sweet and did an amazing job! This will be our permanent nail salon!!!
I used to come to this location all the time! It was my go to. But after my experience last night I will never be returning. I don’t ever make reviews about companies but I felt the need to after this. I want to say almost EVERY TIME I go to this salon, I feel uncomfortable. The workers there will surround my nail artist and laugh at the nails they were doing on ME or look at my face and start laughing and speaking in their own language. I understand there’s a chance it wasn’t about me but for this to be happening every time I go there is ridiculous. I deal with major social anxiety and last nights visit was my last straw with this location. I felt so uncomfortable I cried in my car after feeling unwelcome, laughed at, and uneasy throughout the whole experience. I wasnt the only one who felt that way. I was with my sister and they did this to us both. Not only was it us but a friend who tagged along with us need to step out of the salon because she was tired of witnessing the workers make fun of other clients who were also getting their nails done. To move the topic to the nails… my sister and I were both rushed. We did not receive we wanted. I was charged $70 for the shortest set of nails I’ve ever gotten from this place... I requested medium long and they barely past my finger tips. I asked for glitter around the tips but because the whole store was leaving already they said “it looks better this way” and didn’t give me what I wanted. I’m really in disbelief with this experience and will not be returning again. (The tan and white tip nails was only $45, which are longer than what I got this time, the black and white tips are what I got done last night for $70!!!)
Ana did a great job on my French tip! Super gentle and we always have the greatest convos. They were sweet with my daughter, it was her first time getting her nails great quality, awesome experience overall. Mike greets everyone in with a warm welcome????
