Quick Facts About Wash World II
Wash World II has a number of strengths that make it a decent laundromat option. Firstly, many customers appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment. One comment describes the washers as "nice and clean" while another mentions that the floors and machines are kept relatively clean. This suggests that the staff take the cleanliness of the laundromat seriously, creating a pleasant environment for customers.
Another strength is the availability of frontloader washers and dryers. One customer mentions that there are a lot of these machines, which is advantageous for those who prefer to use frontloaders or have larger loads of laundry. Additionally, the presence of wheeled baskets allows for the easy transportation of laundry within the laundromat, making the task more manageable for customers.
The affordability of the washers and dryers is another positive aspect. According to one customer, it costs less than $15 to wash and dry two full tall baskets of laundry. This is a reasonable price, considering the quantity of laundry being washed. The availability of a change machine is also mentioned, which provides convenience for customers who need quarters to operate the machines.
Another strength is the inclusion of additional amenities. One comment mentions the presence of a soda machine and a public bathroom with a sink. These amenities add convenience for customers, allowing them to purchase refreshments and have access to a restroom while doing their laundry.
Furthermore, the fact that Wash World II offers 24-hour service at some locations is seen as a strength by some customers. One comment mentions the availability of a 24-hour laundromat, providing a solution for those who need to do laundry at unconventional hours. Additionally, the option of using a laundromat to complete all laundry at once is mentioned positively, as it allows for the completion of a week's worth of laundry in a single visit.
However, despite these strengths, there are some weaknesses that have been highlighted by customers. One notable weakness is the issue of malfunctioning machines. One customer recounts an incident where they spent a significant amount of money on a dryer that was not getting hot, and the laundromat refused to refund their money. This suggests that there may be issues with the maintenance of the machines and a lack of assistance or compensation for customers who experience them.
Another weakness mentioned is the limited seating in the laundromat. One comment describes the seating as "very very limited." This can be inconvenient for customers who may need to wait for their laundry or who prefer to have a seating area available to fold their clothes.
Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes and flies inside the laundromat is seen as a major concern by one customer. They describe the experience as "horrible and icky" and state that it tainted their whole experience. This suggests a lack of pest control measures and a potentially unsanitary environment for customers.
Furthermore, the limited operating hours of the laundromat is another drawback for some customers. One comment expresses a desire for the laundromat to be open 24 hours, indicating that the current operating hours do not accommodate their laundry needs.
Lastly, there is a comment about the lack of air conditioning in the laundromat, despite the door indicating its presence. This can create an uncomfortable environment for customers, particularly during hot weather.
In conclusion, Wash World II has several strengths including cleanliness, availability of frontloader washers and dryers, affordability, amenities, and some 24-hour locations. However, some weaknesses must also be considered, such as malfunctioning machines, limited seating, the presence of pests, limited operating hours, and lack of air conditioning.

I’m really disappointed in this laundromat. I spent an hour and a half worth of quarters on a dryer that wasn’t even getting hot and they refused to refund my money. Please make sure to have extra money when you wash just in case one or more of the machines malfunctions like the one I used. The people I spoke to said it’s supposed to be 5 minutes per quarter but it’s only 4 and they refused to send me my refund. Use at your own financial risk!
Nice an clean washer's working great the dryer's are nice an hot an the lady that's works the inside is very Helpful an Nice I love the new remodeling that's been done as well !!! Fantastic!!!
Why would you lock the public bathroom before a reasonable time? I come here on a weekly basis for this reason medical needs! I guess I need to find a new place to do my laundry from now on!
As far as laundromats go this one is pretty good. Has a lot of frontloader washers, dryers & wheeled baskets to use there. The laundromat has 2 dollor to coin changing machines, has a dispenser for laundry soap & fabric softener. Have several tables for multiple people to fold laundry at the same time. The washer & dryers are inexpensive. I usually have 2 full tall baskets of laundry to wash & it costs me less than $15 to wash & dry everthing. There is also a soda machine there and a public bathroom with a sink. The floors & machines are kept relatively clean there.
Easy.
Get in,
Multiple Washers.
Multiple Dryers.
Fold and Hang.
DONE.
If you've been meaning to do laundry for the past week and suddenly realize you have nothing to wear late Sat. night, never fear.... The 24 hr. Laundromat is near. There's a couple 24 hr locations.
I met my friends, also dealing with same laundry predicament, at this particular location because it was supposed to be less crowded than the Crystal Lake Laundromat (unrelated to each other). We arrived around midnight and no, it was not crowded. Good thing too because this place compared to others in the area is small. But adequate.
The place was fairly clean, the washers and dryers worked well and many were available. Most of the washers took cash or card. The dryers only took coins. There is a change machine to get quarters from $1, $5, $10 bills. The washers were priced from $2.50 for small loads, $3.50, $6.00 and $6.50 for huge loads. The dryers took about $2-$3 to dry full load. I spent a total of $9.50. Not bad.
There's also a laundry supply vending machine and a drink machine. The seating is very very limited.
We were in and out in about an hour or so with all of our laundry done and there was a lot. It's nice to use a laundromat every now and then to get all your wash done at once.
This would have been a great experience except for one issue that tainted the whole thing for me: there were a ton of mosquitoes and flies inside. So much so that they covered the walls, windows.... they were constantly flying at you. It was horrible and icky. They stayed mostly to the inside exterior walls but still who wants to have bugs flying around clean clothes. I guess the light draws them in and the door constantly opening and closing... we sat outside and in the car to get away from the buggy interior.
That was definitely a deal breaker for me. I will choose a different venue to do my late night laundry. I do not like bugs. But it was good seeing friends and having all laundry done to start week.
I like this laundromat but I wish it was open 24 hours.
Its was nice a lot better than most 24hr ones but it was super hot. Door says AC but it was 91° on a rainy cool night. I enjoyed that it didn't stink and there wasn't any loitering but I think I will continue going to the other one because of it being cool, at least until winter.
