Quick Facts About Widnes Shopping Park
Widnes Shopping Park has several strengths that contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers. One of the main strengths is the availability of cheap parking, costing only £1 for the entire day. This low price for parking is very attractive to shoppers, as it allows them to spend more time in the shopping park without the worry of high parking fees.
Additionally, the shopping park offers plenty of good value eating and coffee shops. This is beneficial for customers who may want to take a break from shopping and enjoy a meal or a hot beverage. Having a variety of options at affordable prices ensures that customers can find something to suit their tastes and preferences.
Moreover, there is plenty of space for cars to park in the shopping park. This is a major advantage as it means that customers are able to find parking easily without the need to drive around or search for a long time. This convenience adds to the overall positive shopping experience.
However, there are some weaknesses that should be addressed in order to further improve the shopping park. One feedback from a customer is the lack of parent car park spaces. Although there is plenty of parking available, it seems that the designated spaces for parents were often full. This can be frustrating for parents who are looking for a designated space close to the entrance to make it easier to manage their children and belongings. Increasing the number of parent car park spaces would be a step towards addressing this issue.
Furthermore, another concern raised by a customer is the lack of dog-friendly policies in the shopping park. For customers who used to frequent the shopping park with their dogs, the ban on bringing dogs has resulted in them no longer visiting. This loss of customers could be detrimental to the overall footfall and popularity of the shopping park. Considering revisiting the dog policy or providing designated areas for dog owners could potentially attract a wider range of customers and increase footfall.
In terms of the layout and overall experience, the shopping park is praised for being well laid out and compact. This means that customers can easily navigate through the different stores without wasting time or getting lost. The availability of parking also supports this ease of access, allowing customers to quickly get in and out of the shopping park without any hassle. The staff is also commended for being polite and helpful, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Additionally, the presence of well-known brands such as Marks and Spencer, Next, New Look, Boots, and Wicks adds to the appeal of the shopping park. These popular stores offer a wide range of products, ensuring that customers can find what they need without having to travel to multiple locations. The presence of independent shops adds a unique touch to the shopping park, offering customers a variety of options and supporting local businesses.
Overall, the strengths of Widnes Shopping Park include cheap parking, plenty of good value eating and coffee shops, and ample space for cars to park. On the other hand, weaknesses such as the lack of parent car park spaces and the banning of dogs may need to be addressed in order to enhance the overall shopping experience. Nevertheless, the well-laid-out nature of the shopping park, the presence of popular brands, and the helpful staff contribute positively to the overall appeal of Widnes Shopping Park.

Plenty space for cars to park, But would prefer more parent car park spaces. Because car park spaces for parents where full I had to circle around to get spot. Obviously could park on other side of carpark, not sure kid would like rain, while I'm walking across carpark.
It's a well laid out compact shopping area with plenty of parking allowing you to get in, get what you need and get out with no fuss.

Great shopping centre. 4 hours free parking which is great. M&S, Next, New Look, Boots, Wicks and TJ's. Plus lots of independent shops
Used to love going to this Market, but now that they have banned taking Dogs in, it's goodbye, sorry, I used to go every Saturday from St. Helens, they always have to soil things
Marks and Spencer is the star of this area, unless your scene is the high spec gym at basement level. A few standard high street branded shops, free parking and a short stroll to the older part of town.
