I had booked through 10 sections to do my acne treatment and that is micro needling. After 4 to 5 sections remarkable results showed on my face . Amazing.I recommend xpressions luton for best acne and skin rejuvenating treatments. I wish all the very best to manjit.

Went for a wax and came out with dark marks all over body. I repeatedly told the lady the wax was too hot, she said she would turn it off which i believe she did but she did not wait till the wax cooled down before re applying on my skin - again this was too hot. I now have dark patches all over my body
Used Xpressions to have Electrolysis done, very happy with the results. Almost fully recovered and looks 90% better than before. Only thing I would say is try an improve the aesthetics of the clinic.
AVOID this place... very very unprofessional & the place looks dirty. Always a rude man at the front desk! Why are you in a woman's beauty clinic?!
Manjit is very rude she talks about her customers in her Indian language, but smiles to their faces. She keeps on telling Aman & her the other ladies working with her to tell customers they need this treatment. They are trying to sell their treatments to you very desperately!!! Please stop begging customers to buy more treatments!!! Very rude Manjit she is very money oriented they just want your money for free and a poor service. For fillers they use very little. Absolutely disgusting do not come here and waste your money. In my opinion way better options and value for money.

I recently done my keratine treatment it was really awesome.. I got a nice lady for this her name was simmi she was very polite and kind . she done it properly and every time she make sure that Iam okey or not .. It was a nice experience with her.. thnqu somuch..
I got my keratin hair treatment done today at xpressions Luton . Undoubtedly I can say it was the most unprofessional careless and horrible salon service I have every received . I have done smoothening before and it was my first time for keratin.so Starting off with using the hairbrush with existing hair on it on my hair . Then the lady who did my keratin treatment applied product on my hair and let it settled for the required time and came back and started straightening . I asked her twice if it was supposed to be done like this itself she said yes. She started straightening my wet damp hair ! Which resulted in high smoke and burning my scalp each single time she did my root hair ,even after seeing me in pain she said it is how it was supposed to be . I trusted her . We were in a isolated area from the front portion of the salon so there were only two of us in that room . The fire alarm went off with th excess smoke from my straightening!! I asked her if it’s okay and she said it’s normal even without looking the surroundings! And not a single human being in that salon including the manager or any staff cared enough to come and check if everything was okay wow health and safety really took a toll today!!.I flee from the place with a burnt scalp and bad headache from the torturous keratin treatment.So the first thing I did after getting home today was call another salon and ask them about the process, they explained once after the product is settled for the required time u brush off the excess product and blow dry ur hair so that it doesn’t cause extra heat and damage and burn ur scalp which happened to me today. So never coming back to this horrible unprofessional place anymore and would never be recommending this to anyone . Also a lady Manjit called me now and as soon I started explaining she just finding excuse to justify there whole procedure and hung upon me .
