Great service. I came in for shellac and it came out pretty. It's appointment only, no walk-ins. The decor is beautiful inside, love the lavender-purple color choice! Clean and professional. Will definitely come again.
i honestly wasn't even going to post a bad review after i got these done last week, but then i messaged the owner, she obviously knew who i was because she was the one who did them for me. First of all this place looks amazing but there's soo many things wrong with this place. Out of four workers there besides herself there is only one girl who knew how to do acrylics. The rest only do shellac or pedicure. When your sitting at the table to get your nails done the table is so wide that your breaking your back just so they could reach your hand. They don't take walk in. I had my nails in the water for an hour just to "soak them off", normally other places have your nails soaked and folded in foil for about 15-20 mins and then file them right? not the case. She finally came to do my nails she started using a nail filer to take them off ????? when i asked her why she didn't just use to nail drill it'll be easier she said "we don't use what those chinese people use" and i got mad from there. First off its not just what "chinese people" use every professional salon uses them. Anyways shes filling them and my nail bed started to burn so i asked her kindly the first time to stop filling that "one" spot so much. My nail bed was hurting so much while i was at work an hour after. And not to mention while i was there waiting i guess she had a problem with one of her coworkers (wish she did my nails instead) she asked her employ to get up she wanted to speak to her in the back room. Mind you the employ just sat down to help a client that was waiting probably two hours just to get shellac done. And there literally was only like four other clients there and of the four workers plus the boss five. The employ didn't get up (good for her like shes with a client come on) the owner should have waited till she got done and then spoke with her on the side. The workers are great but the owner is so unprofessional. I would never let a customer leave my salon with their nails looking like this. And for her to say it proudly yes we do fight with customers ??? just horrible. DO NOT get your nails removed there !!!!
I get my toes done here by Bella & she is AMAZING! My toes look great, my feet feel great & she's the sweetest! 50 Shades is beautiful & so nicely put together. The chairs are the BEST & it's so clean! I'd recommend this to anyone looking to get an awesome pedicure! (Bella excels in eyebrows as well!)
Typically is good service however I called to make an appointment a month in advance. I checked google the day of my appointment to see that they are closed on mondays? I called to see what was going on and why I was able to schedule an appointment on a day they are not open. I called twice with no answer. The third call went through and I was told they are not closed on Mondays however the appointment I made was never put in. They were able to squeeze me In but the quality was very poor.
First of all this place is gorgeous!! I love the interior design it’s so colorful, clean, you can feel really comfortable! The nail techs are amazing, all the time they are making sure you like your nails by constantly ask you if you nails are fine like that or change something. I mean the service is amazing, I’ve never been in a nail salon with this kind of costumer service. Also, I love that they took care of me right away, my appointment was @4 and they were starting @4:02 no joke! I’d highly recommend this place

After 4 terrible nail salon experiences 50 Shades was the absolute best! The salon owner and tech were knowledgeable with all products and took their time to give great quality nails. I also received a pedicure and the nail tech took their actual time with my toes to make them look good and did not rush because they needed to go onto the next client. Wonderful experience and wonderful atmosphere. Not one bad attitude, everyone was so nice! Will Recommend to anyone!
Gained a client! I found them on Instagram- I’ve been all over metro Detroit looking for a good nail place. It’s super cute inside, decorated well & is very clean. The girls were friendly & extremely talented! Prices are fair and reflect the amazing quality and service you get. Will most definitely be coming back, Rose Exceeded my expectations. I love my nails!!
