Quick Facts About Ninas Nails & Spa
Ninas Nails & Spa place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident that the salon excels in customer service and attention to detail. Customers consistently mention the excellent service they receive, praising the staff for being kind, gentle, and accommodating. The nail technicians go above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied with their nails. There are multiple comments about the meticulous work done on the nails and the extra effort taken, such as working on ingrown toenails to provide relief. Customers also appreciate the addition of shoulder, neck, and arm massages with their pedicure, adding to the overall relaxing experience. The salon is also commended for its cleanliness and organization.
Another strength of Ninas Nails & Spa place is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Customers mention the nice employees and describe the salon as cute. The salon seems to prioritize customer comfort, with comments about the salon's environment and the experience being positive and enjoyable.
However, there are also some weaknesses that are highlighted in the comments. One recurring issue is the price. Some customers feel that the services provided are expensive, particularly gel manicures and pedicures. One customer mentions paying over $155 for their nails and express their disappointment with the quality, leading them to book an appointment with another salon. The value for money seems to be a concern for some customers who expect higher quality service for the price they pay.
There are also comments about the longevity of the nail treatments. One customer mentions that their gel nail polish started to come off just a day after getting it done, and when they asked for a fix, they were told to wait until the following week. This lack of immediate resolution hinders the salon's ability to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Another weakness that is mentioned is related to the durability of some services. One customer describes their dip powder nails as raised and at risk of popping off just a week and a half after getting them done. This indicates a potential issue with the application or quality control. The customer also suggests that they were not properly consulted or informed about the process, which adds to their dissatisfaction.
Lastly, there is a comment about an injury caused by the salon. One customer mentions that their cuticles were cut too much, leading to bleeding. This raises concerns about the skill and attention to detail of the technicians.
In conclusion, while Ninas Nails & Spa place has strengths such as excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a friendly atmosphere, there are also weaknesses that include concerns about pricing, durability of treatments, and addressing customer issues promptly. These areas of improvement could help elevate the salon's overall reputation and provide a better experience for customers.

Hands down my favorite nail salon. I received a gel acrylic manicure and pedicure. They went above and beyond to ensure my nails looked just right. During my pedicure, my nail technician worked hard digging my ingrown toenails out and I've never felt such relief! My nails and toes have never looked better! Thank you so much, I'll see you soon! Also, Benji is a sweetie and I would return just to hold him again!
They're always kind, gentle and accommodating. The salon is clean and organized. Nails are done to perfection and the massages that come with Nails service are very nice. Shoulder, neck, arm massage comes with a pedicure price!
Me and my daughter did our nails on Friday and Saturday some of our gel nail polish started to come off
I ask them to fix our nails this week they said sorry we are busy this week.
We can’t wait till next week cause we have wedding to attend this week
I paid little over $155
I had to book an appointment with other salon.
Do not recommend this place if you paying a lot of $ and won’t get the quality.
Cute place, nice employees. Expensive gel manicure: $50 for nails and $50 for toes. Most of the pedicure chairs are regular cushioned chairs. It looked like there were only two massage chairs on the end. For the price, I was a little underwhelmed by the quality of the manicure/pedicure and overall experience.
I’m not sure what went wrong when I got my nails done with dip powder here, but just a week and a half later my nails are raised and at risk of popping off. I have never in my life experienced a dip manicure with results like this. I noticed they were lumpy and patchy in some places when leaving the salon, but have quickly realized that something is not right here. I wasn’t consulted about shape and length beforehand nor told to wash my hands, which I’m used to with these appointments. The facility was clean and looked very nice, and Nina herself seemed incredibly sweet and on top of things, though I did not have my appointment with her. Hoping this was some weird fluke and that this hasn’t happened to anyone else. I unfortunately will be going somewhere else to get them removed and redone, as I’m worried of my nails getting damaged when these inevitably pop off. For reference, my boyfriend’s gel manicure has held up much better than these, which is uncharacteristic for dipping powder.
Ive never had such a great experience at a nail salon. I needed an acrylic fill and had never been here before but had it recommended. I will never go anywhere else. Sang was amazing! And the neck and shoulder rub was fantastic. Great attention to detail from start to finish! :)
My nail artist was Ruby and she was very professional and put a lot of care into my salon experience. Not only did she do a good job on my gel manicure but she gave me a back, head, arm, and hand massage. The massage portion was heavenly and she spent at least 15 minutes on the massage portion. I hope to go back soon!!!
Matte finish started peeling less than 2 days after getting it done. This photo is less than 3 days after. The gel on some nails is also starting to already lift up. Also cut too much on one cuticle which caused bleeding.
