Very nice staff but terrible quality. This is my second time in for a acrylic set. Both times I have gotten the dip powder. The first set broke almost immediately. They all cracked and fell off. I have never had acrylic nails just fall off. The set in the picture have been on for only six days. Their prices are also never the same. Paid 65$ The first time then 50$ this time around. Will not be returning, which is shame because the staff is very nice.
The staff is super nice. They did everything right. Super polite. At first. .at the end they were kinda rude I think for the price I paid My nails should not have chipped off the nail polish 12 hours later. I had never been here before and I probably will not return. Way too much money for the quality done
Unfortunately poor service!!!! went there today and paid 60 for a refill with Gel nails. Mind you i don't get all crazy either!!!! This place was the only spot I was able to go to today. So unsatisfied!!! Not going there ever again!
I went in wanting blue coffin nails, and I came out with bricks on my fingers, the old lady didn't evenly put the acrilic gel on my nails. And buffed my natural nail almost raw, she scrubbed my natural nail, and didn't really touch the acrilic, my nails actually hurt, and it burnt putting my nails under the light, I've been coming here for so long and they were the best, I talked them up so much, and so this time I brought my friends here and they all sucked, they rushed so much, and the nails turned out horrible for me anyway, DONT LET THE OLD LADY TOUCH YOUR NAILS!!!!
Terrible manicure. I got an acrylic set and they didn't even last a full week. Thats unheard of.. The guy used incorrect size for tips, and I felt very rushed through. Absolute Waste of $70
somewhat rude staff . not going back my nails started to come off the first 3 days . Felt very rushed too & also was bleeding and stinging from my cuticles. never going again.
I have been with Kim for the past 4 years and have loved her service and caring attitude. Truthfully, I am not careful with my nails but she has always been forward with me if anything were to chip or break, she is more than happy to fix it and keep my nails looking wonderful!
I LOVE the ladies here but the pricing is a little off I noticed ... I have been here 4 times the last 4 months. Always got a full set with gel polish. The last 3 times it always cost the same ($35) Today it cost $5 more but the price chart was listed the same as always. Also they have a system where you go 10 times you get a stamp and the 11th visit you get $10 off. I was told my 3rd visit if I pay cash I get 2 stamps to my 1 paying with a card. Today when I went to pay with my card I didnt get ANY stamps. How do I just get skipped over this visit ?? Not happy about that... also. Here is the price list stating that a full set with gel cost $35 ... when I went in to ask why I was charged more today I was told "any set is priced as listed and gel is $15 more on top of any set".... well. Maybe you should LIST that surprise charge??? Otherwise. Clean. Friendly. Will go back for pedicures but idk about my nails now :(
