Quick Facts About Aloha Nail Salon

Aloha Nail Salon, based on the comments provided, has several strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths: 1. Welcoming and friendly environment: Many reviewers mentioned the positive and welcoming atmosphere at Aloha Nail Salon. The staff makes an effort to speak with customers and get to know them, creating a pleasant experience. 2. Professional service: A customer commented that their nails came out clean and professional, indicating that the salon provides quality work. 3. No wait time: One customer appreciated that they were serviced right away upon arrival, as the salon had no wait time. This shows efficient service and consideration for customers' time. 4. Long-lasting gel manicure: A customer mentioned that their gel manicure lasted for about three weeks, indicating that the salon uses high-quality products and provides a durable service. 5. Kind-hearted and compassionate staff: A customer expressed their appreciation for the kindness and compassion shown by the salon owners. They mentioned how the staff went out of their way to make the customer comfortable and supported them during a challenging time in their life.
Weaknesses: 1. Poor quality work: One customer had a negative experience with their gel manicure, stating that it looked like a 5-year-old could have painted their nails. They also mentioned that the nail technician displayed a bad attitude and used improper techniques, causing damage to their nails. 2. Nail damage and weakness: The same customer who had a poor experience mentioned that their nails became weak, sensitive, and prone to splitting after removing the gel polish. This suggests that the salon may not handle nail care properly, leading to negative effects on customers' nails. 3. Inconsistent service: A customer mentioned that the quality of work can vary, as they had a great experience with a gel French manicure but also expressed dissatisfaction with the result of their fill, which required a new full set. This suggests a potential lack of consistency in the salon's services. 4. Butchered nails: Another customer complained that their nails were butchered at Aloha Nail Salon, which indicates a lack of attention to detail and the possibility of improper techniques being used. 5. Limited nail technician information: Some customers did not remember the names of the nail technicians who served them, which may indicate a lack of personal connection or identification with specific staff members.
In conclusion, Aloha Nail Salon has strengths in terms of creating a welcoming environment, providing professional service, minimal wait times, long-lasting gel manicures, and kind-hearted staff. However, the salon has weaknesses in terms of inconsistency in service quality, poor-quality work, potential damage to nails, and a lack of attention to detail.

Best TL Reviews

One of the most pleasant nail salons I’ve been to in years. Very sweet and friendly family. I believe this salon is family owned and run, which makes me love and appreciate it even more. They make an effort to actually speak with you and get to know you. This creates a very welcoming environment and such a positive energy. I shared lovely conversations with both Emily and her husbands, as well as other customers! My nails came out clean and professional. This is definitely a hidden gem.
I came to Aloha because when I called they had no wait! As soon as I walked in.. they serviced me right away.. I paid a Lil more then I usually do at my usual place.. but I must say.. they were very friendly and very professional. The gel manicure lasted me about 3 weeks!
I’m not usually one to write a bad review but I had too, I came in for a gel manicure and after the nail tech was finished it looked like a 5 year old could have painted them. I asked them if they could fix them and the one guy gave me such bad attitude with his body language and had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone… not even wrapping them to remove properly. Then he took the drill to remove the rest of the polish while filing into my nail bed, then he applied the gel polish on again.
When I went to remove my gels, my nails were so weak and sensitive and the bed of my nails were hurt to touch.
I’ve always had really strong nails and I have never had a problem with gel before. Now they bend, they are weak and they split when trying to grow them out. Damage was definitely done.
I hope this review finds others well when deciding on a nail salon to go to.
0/10 would recommend.

THEY MAKE SURE WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY THAT YOU ARE 100% COMPLETELY SATISFIED & TO ADD DOUBLE ICING TO THE CAKE THE WIFE & HUSBAND ARE LITERALLY-GENUINELY THE KINDEST, MOST FRIENDLY, EXTRAORDINARILY ATTENTIVE, CARING, SWEET & GENUINE PEOPLE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!
In the last year & a half I was struck with GBS, which was caused by the Covid-19 vaccine, (& as of 4 months ago very sadly I was also given what they are calling a dual diagnosis of GBS and CIDP;) In a quick nut shell, on July 31, 2021. I woke up a head on a bed~ Completely paralyzed from the neck down!
It began with 8 weeks in the hospital between intensive care and step down unit, then transferred to a nursing home/rehabilitation center, not knowing if I would ever walk again!! I had to learn everything all over again from how to swallow all the way to how to walk again & now-home just under a year-I have to go to physical & occupational therapy 3x a week, endless doctors appointments, infusion every 3-4 weeks 5 days a week 4hrs a day, etc. And now take all of that & add-me trying to learn how to function, get around, & survive all on my own!)
“Aloha Nail Salon” was literally the very first place I went to a few months after I came home last February, & there are no words that could even begin to describe the kindness the care the awareness, the support the sympathy~To say they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable that I was feeling okay, that I was safe, they helped me with absolutely everything, ensuring my safety getting from one station to the other etc. etc.!!!!
{Very Sweet little addition: they have two daughters that are the sweetest kindest incredibly polite well mannered, most adorable little girls you’ll ever meet~I had my Rollator and the littlest one wanted to play on it and ride around on the seat. It was adorable, and then I had a pop-um bracelet on and she absolutely loved it so I gave it to her that was last April!! The parents are still thanking me ????❣️}
They did a Gel french on me I forgot to ask for his name but he did great even though I got tiny nails he kept trying his best with what he got lol, had to tip him. Definitely will go again!
Incredibly nice people. Helpful for matching colors to picture I showed. Awesome pedicure!
Terrible work. Butchered my nails! Came in with needing a fill left. With needing a new full set. ????????????????
After 2 years, I came back here for a pedicure. Peter did a wonderful job. He took his time, didn't rush me. My feet feel amazing. The salon is very clean and they take extra precautions for covid. I will be back. Thank you Peter for a great experience!
