I always get my eyebrows threaded here. Jot is the best! She makes the process quick and painless and my brows always look awesome afterwards.

I love how she always knows what brow shape will work best for your face. Aestheticians I have seen in the past would leave my brows too thin, but Jot gets them perfect and well defined every time.

Even though the salon is a bit far away for me, I still have to make the effort to come see her! The staff is all lovely and super nice.

I went to the saloon in person and booked an appointment for haircut and eyebrows , the person there confirmed that I should click on a link to get appointment confirmation and it will be canceled if I will not do it where as she didn’t tell me anything about cancellation policy however our family was tested positive for covid on the appointment day and we were unable to call the saloon to inform that we will not be able to make it appointment.

The owner from the saloon called me and told that I should pay the no show fees because I didn’t turn up.I conveyed the reason why I was not able to come and she told to come for their service with double mask so that they can do the haircut if not I have to pay the cancellation fee .We felt it is risky for the other people and don’t want to put other people in risk ,didn’t turn up for the appointment .I requested her many times telling about the situation but she didn’t agree which we ended up in paying the cancellation fee .we felt this is very ridiculous and also I requested to schedule an appointment after 10days without cancellation fee even which she didnot agree.

Also she was arguing with me saying I have to read the instructions in the link and all the customers should know about the cancellation policy without they telling us .she didn’t tell me about the cancellation policy even though I visted the saloon in person whereas she was kept on multiple times about the appointment confirmation.

Atleast after a long call I ended up paying 30% cancellation fee.

Online booking was a breeze, the schedule was accommodating, and a back/shoulder/upper arm/neck wax was almost 1/2 the cost of other local options.

I was skeptical with how affordable it was, but the whole process took under 30 minutes and the job was great! I’ll be returning.

Love all the salon services they provide have been going there for over 3 years now.

Services are good but it’s app is not good. It allows to book appointment for work more than an hour for time slot after 6:00 pm while the parlor closes at 7:00 pm. I ended up booking a slot past 6:00 pm, and was asked later over phone to come early. Unfortunately, I could not reach before 6:00 pm due to existing assignments and did ask to reduce the number of services.. but was told that since I booked through app, it would charge me for that amount regardless. It was not a good experience and all services were done in a rush - not up to the mark.

I’ve used their waxing services before and found it suitable. However they are not flexible at all. I needed to reschedule my appointment due to a health issue and they wouldn’t do it. I ended up paying a hefty cancellation fee even after informing them and asking for rescheduling. Seems like they don’t care about customer experience.

Galaxy Beauty Salon is by far the best place to get your eyebrows done. I’ve gone all over Bellevue and finally found a place that does them consistently amazing! I’ve been going to this salon for just over a year and a half now and am a loyal customer. All of the staff is great but Jot is my go to for brows. I never have to wait more than two minutes for my appointment and the appointments are quick and perfect! Very friendly staff, very clean, all around a great place. Now many of my friends and my mom get there brows done here! Would recommend to anyone.

Having tried at least 5 different places in the last many years, I can say Galaxy Salon is the best!! Extremely professional and VERY clean! I’ve had my brows shape incorrectly multiple times by the previous salons but ever since I started going to Galaxy Salon, I’ve never had to worry about it! They know exactly how to maintain the shape of my brows. I’ve also gone here for many other services like henna, make up, hair cut, wax and facial and have been very impressed every single time!

Even during the COVID situation, they had masks and gloves for those who forgot to wear them and they let me in after checking my temperature! Having young kids at home, I appreciate this level of cautiousness.

The appointment booking is very easy and I’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes. That too was because they were ensuring that the high standards of cleanliness was being maintained every single time. I’m very glad to go back again knowing that this place takes care of its customers like I would take care of myself.
