They need to sterilize their equipment half of their equipment look old and rusted. The lady who did my nail if I'm not mistaken is Leanne (she sits at the first both to the left... not the one next to the drying station) messed up my nails she shaved my nails my right hand is shaped different than my left hand and I'm supposed to have gel nails but my paint is peeling.
The nail tech left me soaking in a bowl of acetone. This is the results. I wanted SNS nails but after this treatment, I left to go to a different salon.
this is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!! PLACE to get your nails done. My acrylic was very uneven and she drilled the HELL out of my cuticles They were bleeding and sore for a whole week. The lady who did my nails just slapped the acrylic on and it was uneven and bumpy. I had to tell her over and over to smooth my acrylic. I simply told her I don't like them and I won't be back. She got an attitude. I proceeded to tell the other clients who was waiting "YALL BETTER RUN" and they started laughing and looked at me like they couldn't believe I said that in her face. This place deserves a rating below a 0. My rate is -0. I will never recommend no one to come to this dump.
Omg! Please don't waste your money going to this place. The only good techs. working here are the husband and wife team. The owner, who by the way acts like she's just a tech. So she doesnt have to take responsibility for the poor nail job she gives you. Shouldn't be doing nails anymore. Especially with the bifocals she wears. She filed my cuticles till the bled and when she finished painting my nails it looked like my 6 yr. old painted them. I tried once more and got and older man who did not prep my nails they started falling off after 2 days and when he finished they were so big for my fingers. He never asked what shape I wanted and just gave me these big bulky square shaped nails. They looked ridiculous, plus he acted like he could care less about customer service or repeat business. This place is unprofessional and not very sanitary. I shouldn't have given them a second chance, my regrets!! I would give 0 stars if it were available.
Stay clear of this hole in the wall. I had more polish on my skin than on my nails (simple mani pedi). I had to ask MULTIPLE times for the lady to clean up her work. Removing the cuticle should not be a painful process and yet every finger and toe was! I ended up having her take all the polish off because it looked like my 5 year old did it... and she had nerve to argue and charge me for the full service. I wish I could give this place zero stars. You couldn't pay me to return here.
The service I received for my mani and pedi deserves zero stars. An older lady with glasses (not sure if she is the owner) did my nails. 7 of my 10 fingers have scabs from the cuts she gave me on my cuticles. Two fingers continued to bleed even after I left the salon...that's how deep they were. My toenails were poorly files and the cuticles were not cleaned properly. Some of my toes also had cuts in the cuticle area. The paint job on my toes was horrible.
I paid $57 to get a sloppy paint job and multiple wounds which left my fingers and toes tender for days.
I will never go back here and I would not recommend anyone to go to that lady there..her services are no good and she also came off to be very moody, rude with poor customer service.
