Beautiful, natural looking and simple...exactly what I asked for.
They young women who did our nails were great very sweet and did our nails amazing .... The only two things were that this older women followed me around after she knew I was the one paying and tipping for myself and a few friends she lied about doing one of my friends nails so she could get the tip... I only found out after I left that a younger women had done my friends nails not her then I didn't have enough cash to tip out all cash so I paid over in order to get money to tip the last girl to finish the girl rang it up and I watched her she didn't tip out the girl when I asked she lied and said yes she got it.. the only thing I'd do when going there is slip the girls the tip because the people over the crew Is doing some underhanded stuff.. NOT the owner but management ... The older Chinese man was lovely as well as most of the staff ...so just remember tip the girls on the low cause it's worth the trouble they do great work and like I said most of the staff is wonderful ????
The actual customer service was great they’re very nice people however The only thing they’re good at is gel manicures the dip powder service there is not good at all! Two days after I got my nails done the clear coat started chipping off and not too long after they started to crack. 2 weeks later now and they look 10 times worse I do not recommend this place at all save your money and time go elsewhere if your looking to do dip powder.
I went in on December 3rd had a fill in and Christmas design done. She left the design that was on my nail from first set just put acrylic over to fill in. Painted nails within 3 days the thumb polish came off completely with old design showing and other nails are peeling as well. Today was my only day off one week later went in to have the polish removed and just painted qith no design and they wanted to charge me $10. I am sorry that is so wrong!! I paid $60 for my nails $10 for eyebrows and gave her a $30 tip. The least they could have done was fix my nails for no charge. And mind you I have been going there since they opened. I wish I could show a picture.
Lee did a great job on my nails, i asked her for a specific design and she did exactly what i wanted. my pedicure was done good and she cleaned up my eyebrows real nice. she went up and beyond with her service and i greatly appreciated that. next time i come i will definitely ask for her. 10/10❤️✨
Love Andy’s Nails! The workers are always so nice and pleasant to chat with and the prices are very reasonable. My nails come out great every time!
I have been going here for around 4 years and I have never been disappointed. Lee did my nails yesterday and they look so good, better than any other place I’ve been to. If you’re thinking about coming here, you should. Everyone is extremely nice and will work hard to achieve the nail look that you want.
