I moved to the area about 6 months ago and I started coming here to get my nails done. They do a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

I believe her name was Jenni. Can not remember but she was quick with it, did my nails to my liking, prices were within my budget whi h is always a great thing and it was a clean environment

I’ve been coming here for over a year. Usually great experience, good prices, decent nails. However if Andy is doing my nails I cannot ask him to fix anything or make any adjustment without him giving me an attitude. When he does my nails they’re always crooked and when I ask him to straighten them he either ignores me or says they look straight to him. Most times I don’t bother saying anything because I would rather try to fix them at home than say anything and deal with his terrible attitude. Not a welcoming experience. No complaints about the ladies working there.

I have been coming to Andy and T for over 10yrs. As a matter of fact I followed him and his wife since they left to open their store. Through the years Andy has become increasingly rude and abusive for a service I am actually paying for. He yells at you if you ask him to fix something or he makes a mistake in scheduling.

He talks horribly about other shops even when unsolicited. He is rude to customers you refer and talks about customers who just walked out of his store because they had an issue with something he did.

He’s gotten worse since the pandemic and lies to customers about the price increase EVERY SINGLE nail and spa place implemented. His customer service is horrible. This is the first time ever I am giving anything a review because it’s become that bad.

Prices always change for the same services. They constantly speak to each other in their foreign tongue as soon as you ask a question or make a suggestion. Don't come here not worth it.

I always have a great experience with Andy! It's so nice to be able to talk and pass the time while getting a beautiful gel manicure! I am constantly getting compliments about my nails every time i get them done & they last for so long! going there today as well!

DO NOT EVER COME HERE. My nails came out thick , lopsided and flimsy. I asked for coffin shape they charged my for that and ended up looking like ugly Square nails. We went back and ask for a refund but he refused and said no in a rude manner because “that’s how we do their nail”. If they do their nails like that I do not recommend anyone going there.

I called to make an appointment for two mani-pedis. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday, June 12th for noon.

We show up a few minutes before our appointment for a woman to approach us asking what we’d been there for. I told her we made an appointment for today at noon to her rebuttals of “i don’t have anyone on the list for that today”. She then tells me i had to have called somewhere else. I went in my call log to show her i made two phone calls and spoke to two people. She told me she had that appointment for Friday, implying that i had given her the wrong information. After constantly being told that it must’ve all been a mistake on my end (when it was a clear lack of organization and professionalism) i told her we would just leave.

Instead of belittling your customers, take accountably for your mistake. DO BETTER.
