Quick Facts About Andy‘s Kitchen Chinese Take Away
Andy's Kitchen Chinese Take Away place, based on the comments provided, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses.
One of the major strengths of Andy's Kitchen is the quality of their food. Several customers commented on the delicious flavors, generous portions, and freshness of the food. The chicken chow mein was specifically highlighted as one of the best ever had. This demonstrates that the restaurant is capable of consistently delivering tasty dishes and satisfying the taste buds of their customers.
Affordability is another strength identified by the customers. The prices were mentioned as being reasonable, which is important for attracting customers and maintaining their satisfaction. Additionally, the fact that a banana fritter was priced at £4 with a small drizzle of syrup was criticized.
The speed of delivery was also a positive aspect mentioned by a customer. The fact that the food arrived within 20 minutes shows that the restaurant is capable of providing quick service, which is important for customers who are seeking convenience.
Another strength mentioned is the friendly and polite service provided by the staff. Good customer service is crucial for creating a positive dining experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. This indicates that the employees at Andy's Kitchen prioritize the customer's experience and make an effort to provide a welcoming environment.
However, there are also some weaknesses pointed out by customers. One recurring complaint was the inconsistency in the quality of the food. While some customers had positive experiences, others were disappointed. This inconsistency could be due to changes in ownership or variations in the kitchen staff. Inconsistent food quality can lead to a loss of customer loyalty and negative word-of-mouth.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of variety in the menu. One customer mentioned that they made the mistake of ordering a chicken curry instead of chicken fried rice, which they usually enjoy. This indicates that the menu options may not be extensive enough to cater to all customer preferences. Adding more variety to the menu could attract a wider customer base and increase overall satisfaction.
There were also complaints about specific dishes. One customer mentioned that the chicken in their curry was rubbery and slimy and couldn't be eaten. Another mentioned that the plain chow mein was very dry. These criticisms indicate potential issues with the consistency and quality of certain dishes. Addressing these specific shortcomings and ensuring consistency in dish preparation is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Finally, one customer specifically mentioned that they would not recommend Andy's Kitchen to their worst enemy. This negative feedback, combined with other negative comments, suggests that there may be significant weaknesses in certain aspects of the restaurant's operations, which need to be addressed in order to improve overall customer experience and perception.
In conclusion, Andy's Kitchen Chinese Take Away place has both strengths and weaknesses. The strengths include delicious food, affordability, quick delivery, and friendly service. On the other hand, weaknesses such as inconsistent food quality, limited menu variety, and negative customer experiences with specific dishes need to be addressed in order to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Down visiting all the way from Glasgow for a wedding and I was feeling rough and needed some Chinese food. This was only a 10 minute walk from where we were staying so we headed down and ordered. The chicken chow mein was one of the best I've ever had. Good sized portions, hot and fresh (although we did order at the counter) and really reasonably priced!
This was my favourite Chinese not cheap but usually great food. Previous meal was lovely (5 stars) but the meal we had last night was disappointing, I made the mistake of ordering a chicken curry instead of chicken fried rice which is always good but the chicken in the curry was rubbery and slimy and couldn’t eat it. Plain Chow mein was very dry.chips and rice nice. £4 for banana fritter with tiny drizzle of syrup.
Absolutely delicious! Full of flavour, nice and hot, generous portions and not at all greasy. Clearly popular as it was busy, but definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend.
Would highly recommend Andy’s Kitchen, the food is hot, you get plenty and tastes wonderful. Delivery was very quick, arrived within 20 minutes, will definitely be ordering again
Friendly & polite service. Good food, prepared quick. I would order from there again.
