Quick Facts About APOLLO NAILS & SPA
APOLLO NAILS & SPA has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths is the easy booking process. Customers mentioned that it was simple to book an appointment through the website or app. This convenience is a positive aspect for customers who appreciate being able to schedule appointments with ease.
The staff at APOLLO NAILS & SPA were also praised for their kindness and helpfulness. Customers felt welcomed and relaxed during their visits. The front receptionists were mentioned as being wonderful, contributing to the positive atmosphere of the establishment.
Cleanliness is another strength of the salon. Multiple customers remarked on the cleanliness of the entire place, including the brand new tools that were used. This attention to cleanliness is an important factor for customers who want to ensure a hygienic experience.
The quality of the services provided at APOLLO NAILS & SPA was another strength mentioned in the comments. Customers were satisfied with the manicures and pedicures they received, with some even calling it the best manicure they had ever had. The technicians were mentioned as taking their time and not rushing through appointments, which resulted in satisfactory outcomes for the customers.
On the other hand, there are some weaknesses that were mentioned in the comments. One recurring issue was the inconsistency in service quality. Some customers expressed dissatisfaction with certain employees who were not gentle or lacked skills in certain areas such as calf massage. This inconsistency in employee skills can be frustrating for customers who want a consistent experience.
Another weakness mentioned is the issue of appointments running late. Customers reported waiting for a significant amount of time before their appointments started. This lack of punctuality can be bothersome for customers who have other commitments and expect to be seen at their scheduled time.
In one comment, a customer mentioned the disappointment of being given a different service than what was booked. This miscommunication or mix-up can lead to dissatisfaction and suggests a weakness in the salon's organization and communication.
Lastly, one customer mentioned an incident where their toe bled during a pedicure, causing pain. While the customer acknowledged that the staff were pleasant and willing to listen, the experience of pain during a service is a clear weakness that can impact customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, APOLLO NAILS & SPA has several strengths, including easy booking, kind and helpful staff, cleanliness, and high-quality services. However, there are also weaknesses to address, such as inconsistency in service quality, appointments running late, miscommunication regarding services, and instances of pain during services. By addressing these weaknesses, APOLLO NAILS & SPA can further improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Easy booking (though you do have to download an app but that’s easy enough). I had an appointment today with Kim (nail tech#6). She took her time, I never once felt rushed during my appointment. I did a shellac manicure with nail designs that turned out wonderful (just showed a reference photo). Pedicure was also great. Easy check in with wonderful front receptionists. The entire place looked clean, along with brand new tools out of packaging that were used. Will be coming back to this establishment.
They are so kind and helpful. Everything is very clean. I felt very relaxed and my pedicure looks wonderful. I have been going for the past few months and always look forward to going back.
It was extremely easy to book an appointment on their website which was super nice. My technician did make my big toe bleed so I had to remove a couple of stars for that. I don’t usually mind but this time it was actually kind of painful. I will say, however, that they are sweet and happy to listen to you if you want to rant about life. I would come again due to how easy it is to make an appointment.
OK I have NEVER received a manicure like this before. This is the manicure we all walk in and hope for but just know we are not going to get because the clinician is busy worrying about their NEXT client instead of the one sitting in front of them now, so they rush you through. Well NOT Phoebe and from what I could see the rest of the team seems to be the same way. They focus on their current client and how they can satisfy that person. BEST MANICURE EVER!!!! I will be back. Thank you
It's ok if you get a good employee, but it's hard to find. I've been happy with maybe half of my pedicures there. Some people juat are not gentle. Others have no idea how to do a calf massage. Today, yet again, my nails were filed crooked. They were straight when I came in. She had to cut them down to make them like this. So frustrating.
Birthday champagne and pedi's with my sister. Has such a great time, techs were amazing and did a great job. Place was spotless and smelled so good! Super experience.
The atmosphere when you walk in is nice and clean. My issues are that they run late for their own appts, and the service is mediocre. Now I haven't had many appts lately, so I am going off my last two appts.
The first one, I booked the volcano spa pedicure, which is roughly 60 bucks, but what I was given a regular spa pedicure that costs about 40 bucks. When asked why I was switched, they simply said "that what we have you under." Then i waited for 15 minutes for my appt to start. The nail tech did a rush job on me feet, and the polish looked horrible. I could see where she did not put a second coat, and by the end of the day, the polish was already chipping.
My second, most recent, appt, was mediocre and definitely rushed in the second half. My husband booked me a mani/pedi that costs 65. This time I opted out of getting polish, I just wanted them cleaned. First off, I was sitting for about 20 minutes, waiting for my appt. Now, this is the second time being late, and I had other things going on that day, so a 20-minute wait time for an appt was quite annoyance. Once I was finally called to a seat, I waited with my feet in the water just under 10 more minutes for my nail tech. She finally came. She had an attitude about something, hopefully nothing to do with me, and started my pedicure. Pedicure was going good. Again, felt a little rushed through the hot towel process, but that's not a huge deal. When it was time for my manicure, I stayed in the pedicure chair and was given a pillow and towel for my lap and a small bowl of luke warm/cold soapy water for my hands. She dipped my hand in for a couple of minutes, then went to town on my cuticles. I mean, rushed through, clipping and yanking and them off. I was confused as to why I wasn't able to sit at the regular table. Maybe because I wasn't getting nail polish, I don't know. Overall, mediocre experience, at best for what I paid for. I do think that a nail shop with appt only bookings should be better with their timing.
I made an appointment with Kathy and she wasn’t there when I arrived which was a bit frustrating but the gal that did my manicure/pedicure did a great job nonetheless. Standard pricing in comparison to other salons, very clean and inviting atmosphere.
