I love Art Nails. I've been going there for over 10 years. I have moved on the other side of town and still take the ride to get my nails done. They are very nice and caring people.
I’ve gone to this place for a long time but I question their new “we take walk-ins and appointments” policy. My mother was told one day last week that they were booked and that they have a new appt policy. She went home and made appts for us both. When we got there, I observed various customers being told different things. Some were told “we’re booked”, others told to come back at a specific time, and it appeared some without appts were serviced. Why are some walk-ins told “we’re booked” when your posted policy states you still take walk-ins? I understand about staffing issues and longer wait times but I can tell when something is off and a policy isn’t being followed consistently. It seems like a cover for “we service some and not others”. It gave me a bad feeling. I don’t plan on going back.
Amazing service and really quick! very nice nail techs. i got an acrylic and they look very very good! one of my nails was very thin and my old acrylic tore some of it off, and my nail tech fixed it by putting some acrylic over it, then putting the nail tip on and putting more over it. my nails look very nice and they are very sweet there. the colors are very pretty too. definitely recommend and appreciate my tech taking his time with my pinky that was very thin!
what i asked for and what i got. been one day and one nail already broke. cant believe i paid for this,absolutely terrible
Ken started my nails and did a lovely job. He was very gentle and took his time doing them. He had an appointment come in and a younger woman finished my nails. She shaped them perfectly. I think I’ve finally found a place I’ll be a return customer. The last two places I’ve been I won’t return to due to nails falling off and poor shaping.

My first time here and I walked out not very happy with my nails.. nail tech rushed to do them, they were misshaped & uneven. Decided to give them one more try... showed picture of design i wanted and the nail tech basically made up his own design and once again nails were misshaped & uneven.
