Quick Facts About Procuts

1. Affordable Prices: Many customers appreciate the low cost of haircuts at Procuts Place. It is seen as a budget-friendly option compared to other salons.
2. Good Job on Coloring: One customer specifically mentioned that their hair color job was done well. This suggests that the salon may have skilled stylists who can handle more complex services.
3. Positive Experience for Last-Minute Customers: A customer mentioned that they were able to get a last-minute haircut and were impressed with the results. This highlights the efficiency and flexibility of the salon in accommodating customers who need immediate service.
4. Pleasant and Enjoyable Staff: Multiple customers mentioned that the staff were pleasant, enjoyable to work with, and friendly. This suggests that the salon has a welcoming atmosphere and staff members who prioritize customer satisfaction.
5. Safety Measures in Place: A customer specifically mentioned that Procuts Place does a good job following current safety measures. This shows that the salon prioritizes the health and well-being of their customers and staff by implementing proper safety protocols, such as wearing masks and sanitizing equipment.
Procuts Place Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent Haircuts: Several customers expressed dissatisfaction with the haircuts they received. They mentioned missed spots, uneven cuts, and even one customer who felt that their hair was "butchered." This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the skills and techniques of the stylists at Procuts Place.
2. Lack of Attention to Detail: One customer mentioned that their stylist did not even show them the back of their haircut with a mirror, which led to an uneven cut. This highlights a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction, which can result in a negative experience for customers.
3. Poor Time Management: Customers mentioned instances where they had to wait longer than expected for their appointments, or where their appointments were delayed, impacting their schedule. This demonstrates poor time management on the salon's part, causing inconvenience for customers.
4. Perceived Discrimination: One customer felt that they were treated differently due to their appearance and socioeconomic status. They believed they were judged based on their tattoos and not being wealthy, resulting in poorer treatment and being pushed back in line. This highlights potential issues with discrimination and biased treatment within the salon.
5. Additional Charges for Stylist Requests: One customer expressed frustration with being charged an extra fee for requesting a specific stylist. This can be seen as a money-grabbing tactic and may deter customers from choosing their preferred stylist, leading to dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, while Procuts Place has strengths such as affordable prices, positive experiences for last-minute customers, and a pleasant staff, they also have weaknesses related to inconsistent haircuts, lack of attention to detail, poor time management, perceived discrimination, and additional charges for stylist requests. Addressing these weaknesses can help the salon improve customer satisfaction and create a more positive overall experience.

I got a cut two all the way around. She took 4 minutes to cut my hair I get home there’s still hair she missed. I get it’s a cheap hair cut but come on she didn’t even go over my hair more than once. Laziness at its finest! I even tipped her to! Merry Christmas!
I requested a simple clean cut around my neck and ears, the lady was not very friendly. The staff in general did not seem like they cared too much. She trimmed a bit around and did not show with a mirror the back. When I got home I checked my haircut up close I understood why. She just completely butchered the cut, around my ears especially, I now look like I have pointy ears, instead of a curve around my ears its a straight up 90 degree corner. I was surprised to have to pay $18.95 for 10 minutes. There is a lot more I could say on point of professionalism but to each the option to want to experience that or not.
I went here today to get my hair cut the lady put me in the books and I wait. I had went out side to my car which was clearly right infront of the window to this place they could see me clear as day. I see two men walk in after me call just to make sure she knows I’m there (which she knew) however she tells me she can’t get me in right now because the two men had a appointment with another lady which I guess called out and she needed to get them in before me to see “anyone else” in her words! I had my kids with me and couldn’t stick around for the hour I got pushed back! I feel like I was judged because of the tattoos I have and I wasn't clearly rich two white guys if I was I would have been treated way better and that wouldn’t have happened at all! DO BETTER PROCUTS!
We LOVE this Pro Cuts... we have a favorite stylist (who we won't name out of pure selfishness) and there's usually a longer wait for her but we think it's worth it!
My boyfriend just went in to get a haircut from Janice. He asked for a simple cut and she absolutely butchered it. If you are a male and want a haircut do NOT go there. I’m not sure how she is with longer hair but we will never give pro-cuts our business again especially this location.
Got my hair colored. Great job.. had my son's hair cut. Affordable and great girls there. WE LOVE ELLEN!!
I’ve been coming to South Dennis Procuts and seeing Hunter for haircuts for over year. She does an amazing job with my very specific haircut. I even started to bringing my toddler aged child to see her. I typically tip her 101%. Yep,!that’s right. $20 tip on a $19 haircut. I know it’s hard in these front line jobs and people don’t tip what they should. Today I walk in with my son excited to get a haircut because we’ve been waiting to get out cuts for a couple weeks. (We don’t live here, we have a family / summer home) So I go to make our appointment for 2 cuts, no kids price - ok, I think I remember that from last time. Then she says $2 for requesting Hunter. I am going to pay and every fiber of my being is telling me don’t do it - this is wrong Joe. Don’t pay it. $2 each, $4 for requesting a stylist who does a good job and has built a relationship. RIDICULOUS. You shouldn’t have event told me. Just said the price. I seriously would have been happy paying $20 per hair cut. Money is not the issue! It’s taxing your customers stupid fees for wanting to select who cuts their hair! Sorry Hunter! You will be missed! If you read this please email me and I will cashapp you what would have been your tip.
I went here yesterday with my mom and sister for a last minute hair cut and I couldn't be more impressed. The three ladies there were all very pleasant and enjoyable to work with, and did an amazing job on our hair.
Also they do a really good job following the current safety measures put in place. I will absolutely be back here for future haircuts. Thank you! ????
