HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’m having engagement pictures taken tomorrow that I now have to cancel. They refused to refund me and pointed to a tiny sign near the cash register that you can only see when you check out. My nails are the worst I’ve ever seen them. Lumpy, misshapen, they look repulsive. Horrible people working there shrugged me off and referred to the no refunds sign. Do not go here.

Quality. Perfection. I cannot stress the quality enough. This is not a place that will screw up your nails. They take the time to do it right. They don't rush to get you in and out. It's all about what YOU want. I won't go anywhere else in town.

My husband and I went in for pedicures and eyebrow shaping. The staff was very professional and we had lovely conversation. They were fast and efficient. We will definitely be back :)

The absolute worst gel manicure and pedicure I ever had. Not even a week later and it's already chipping. The manicure itself was lacking and the polish job was just horrible. $75 down the drain. Never, I repeat NEVER go there. You're better off doing your nails and/or toes yourself!

Warning: Do not make an appointment for the salon! I had called B&T Salon and Spa for an appointment with the stylist that works at the salon portion of B&T Salon and Spa. They told me I would have to get in contact with the stylist and gave me their number to do so. And so, I did, I called to make an appointment and when I came to the appointed day, the stylist wasn't there. When I showed up the Asian man with the tattooed eyebrows who looked at me crazy told me the stylist doesn't work there anymore and hasn't been there in the last 2-3 weeks, and that the salon is closed. Yet gave me their number to make an appointment! And I asked to see if there is anyone else that works at the salon, he said no he owns it and is the only person that works at the salon.
