The staff is very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Katie did an awesome job on my nails. There are soooo many sns colors to choose from. It's not crazy and chaotic like some salons. It was nice and calm the whole time I was there. Very happy with Bally's!
Worse nail set I’ve ever had. Spent $60 on SNS 3 days later one of my nails fell off and other nails were lifting. On the 5th day of having this nail set, i noticed under one of the lifted nails it was turning green. I called to notify them about my experience, where the lady told me she could remove the nails for me if i wanted, but wasn’t sure if there was anything else she could do for me ( not my money back with a dated receipt, or redoing my nails?) I didn’t go back because it didn’t make sense to being that I was already in the process of removing all the nail’s myself. After all nails were removed, I had 7 green nails…. Here I am 2weeks later and still have 7 green nails…. Overly disgusted with this nail salon I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!
Nice shop but the older woman who does pedicures is not very good. She takes too long and my polish is always sloppy & chips after she does it. Avoid her if possible.

Y’all I got a pedicure from the older Asian lady and it was wonderful, but my wife got a pedicure from a younger lady who seem to be in training, and after I had sat for an hour, she decided she no longer wanted her gel or paraffin wax, and upon further inspection the pedicure her toenails were way too long and I would just not suggest the company uneven with how sharp all the nails are and uneven it wouldn’t be worth the $40 toenail cutting

Katie does an amazing job! Perfect nails everytime. Sorry these nails were done 1 week ago and besides grow out they are in perfect condition.
Love this place and they have such great service! I have tried all others in the area and Bally Nails is my preferred choice. I recommend calling ahead for appt. But they also take walk ins.
