Was told to come back in 2 hours to get my hair done just to told oh we don't do that honey. Such a waste of my time
I went in for a hair cut, showed the women a reference picture of how I wanted my hair! After showing her the picture she says “don’t expect it to look like that” and then never spoke again. I was overly Charged! And not welcomed at all. In my opinion no one should go there. Salons are for women to feel beautiful and welcomed not shunned and disrespected. I am not happy with my cut, will not ever be coming back and am disappointed I had that experience. Do better!!!

No entiendo si es un salón para pelos porque no pueden hacer su trabajo en ves de estar criticando alas clientas por su cabello y decir que si van hacer el pelo y luego te dejan 45 minutos esperando para después decir que no pueden hacerte el pelo porque lo tienes muy maltratado creo que si la persona te va a pagar por tu trabajo tu te ves hacer tu trabajo y no hacer perder el tiempo ala personas y de verdad no se la recomiendo a nadie pesimo servicio.
Went there this morning at 10am me and another girl was told to come back at 2pm. We came back sat there for ten minutes just for them to tell us they can’t do our hair it was to thick needed a relaxer. I was appalled because I always come here and every last one of them did my hair before for them to tell me no one is there to do my type of hair I will never spend my money here again or recommend anyone with natural hair!!!!!
I have been coming here for 10 years!! My hair is healthy and long!! Rossi is the BEST!! The customer service is AWESOME and ALL her staff are friendly and do a great job!! She takes walk ins and accomodates my crazy schedule!! I LOVE Hair Impressions!!
