Weaknesses:
1. Lack of training and skill: One comment highlights that the acrylic nails done at Peak Nail Spa were so poorly done that the customer had to go somewhere else to remove and redo them. This suggests a weak point in the salon's expertise and indicates a need for better training for the staff.
2. Need for better cleanliness and maintenance: A comment mentions that the salon needs more staff who would help keep the place clean. This suggests that the cleanliness and maintenance of the salon may not be up to par, which can affect the overall customer experience.
3. Ineffective communication: One comment recounts a situation where the nail technician did not listen to the customer's preferences regarding nail shape. This indicates a lack of effective communication and understanding between the stylists and the customers, which can result in dissatisfaction.
4. Unwanted additional charges: A comment mentions that the salon wanted to charge an extra $5 for a design that the customer did not want. This suggests that the salon may have a tendency to push additional services or charges onto customers, potentially creating a negative experience.
Overall, while Peak Nail Spa has some strengths such as reasonable prices, friendly owners, and good customer service, there are clear weaknesses in terms of skill, cleanliness, communication, and potential issues with additional charges. These weaknesses should be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience and reputation of the salon.

Best TL Reviews

This is one of the worst places to get acrylic nails done. They were so bad I had to go somewhere else and remove them and then start again. It's was like I was the first person they had ever worked on. I probably could of done a better job using my left hand. They are super sweet but need training or don't offer what you can't do.
Price was decent for a pedicure. But work done was meh. They need to hire more staff, staff that would help keep the place up and cleaned.
He put 3 oversized nails on my first 3 fingers and I kept telling him I want them thinner in width. He said 'no no, I file down' no! That's not what I want! I left. Thanks idiot
This was my first experience with Nick and Lisa at Peak Nails. When I entered they both were cleaning. Greeted me warmly and asked how they could help. I was seated right away. During the service we had great conversation and both were very sweet and did a great job. Gave a 4 and not 5 only due to some improvements the interior could use but it was clean, smelled nice and felt relaxing.
Inexpensive, professional and the work was outstanding
This place is horrible I was the only person there and they seemed like they wanted to do my nails however they wanted. I have gotten acrylics and got coffin shaped and they did not look like coffin .. I have big squares on my fingers and not even 4 days later my nail pops right off. They didn’t ask what kinda shape I wanted until I told them. They did not question me on how I wanted my nails. And I spent $30 on crayon looking nails and they were going to charge me an extra $5 for a design that they chose and I didn’t want. Not a good place . Never going back!!
This place is great. It's ran by mom and pop. They are very friendly. Prices are reasonable. If not less. Nail tech is very efficient for having two people working. Their pedicures are the best I ever have. They are very patient and were great with my grandpa. They even trimmed his ear hair lol. I have been back to this place since the first time. Will keep coming back.
These people do a beautiful job! And the owners are so personable and and caring. Always happy w our nails, manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax.
