The customer service at Beauty 2 U is…horrible. I literally was the ONLY one in the store and the coldness and lack of communication I received from the store owner when trying to ask about a product was totally baffling. I will drive a bit further and research other options in the area.
My first time at this beauty store and I was very uncomfortable. The lady followed me around the store. I noticed this because she kept “changing the price tags” and blocking my view as I searched for my items. When I actually needed help looking for the kids stuff, she was very dismissive and just pointed and waved in the direction. It also took two people to bag the 5 items that I purchased. Don’t think I will shop here again.
Today I was targeted because the metal detectors went off and the African American cashier was trying to accuse me of stealing. Mind you I had paid already and also had on yeezy slides. That was so embarrassing.
The store is pretty well organized. The staff is respectful, pleasant and helpful. They did not have exactly what I was looking for in hair color, but I don't wear a very natural color. They did have comparable options to my normal brand and color.
There's always the feeling, someone is (sales person) following you!?? I understand protecting your merchandise, but, I think they take it to a different level. Why not install cameras instead of stalking your paying customers.
My daughter is going to a 90’s themed birthday party this weekend 90’s so I came here about an hr ago to buy some red flower Barrett’s for her hair that I couldn’t find in target (she will be Susie from the rugrats). Anyways, while I was there I noticed an older lady following customers around. I was with my 4 year old daughter and it made me feel very uncomfortable to witness this. I don’t know why they want to service a community with hair supplies, but then follow shoppers around the store. It makes people feel uncomfortable and I witnessed it twice while going to this beauty supply so at this point I can no longer give them my business. Just wanted to share my experiences.
I was in the store to purchase henna the old lady she me where the henna was in the store one I get to it it was not what I wanted so I went to the front of the store looked around did not see anu thing else I wanted so as I preceeded to leave the store an alarm went off . I immediately stopped and they came over after checking my purse to see if I had stolen anything I was able to leave I know for a fact she the old woman set that alarm to go off because in her mind she felt I had taken something. Then tried to act as if they didn't know what happened once they relied nothing was taken. I let them no I do not steal and they have nothing in their store that can't afford to pay for.I'm a African American practicing Muslim that you tried to embarrassed who came into your establishment several times before my hijab and brought your goods. But now that I see how you treat your customer that keep you in business I will never enter your business again.
There was a young African American Lady there that helped my Aunt and myself so much! She was awesome! We told her what we were looking for and she kept offering different products until we found what we wanted! Yayyy!
