I went to get hair for a sew in. They have many options to choose from. The cashier was very helpful in explaining what I would need for the hairstyle I wanted. I am very pleased with my purchase. The products are reasonably priced. I will continue to shop with them for all my hair purchases.

Today was the first time I had a bad experience at this place. The young lady, who worked there stayed on the phone my entire visit. And when I asked for items it was a bother. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I hope this was my first and last bad experience there.
I went to this store today looking for a particular product. The owner, her daughter and three workers were in the store. The owner walked away and the young lady at the front was helping a customer. I picked up a beautiful scarf and walked to where I saw the daughter and another worker talking. I said excuse me and asked how much the scarf cost because it didn't have a price. The daughter told me. I had to ask the girl at the front and turned around and kept having her conversation with the worker. I went to the front but the young lady was still helping another ustomer and I didn't want to interrupt. I looked for the owner but didn't see her anywhere. There was another worker helping another customer so she was not available to assist. I walked around a bit more trying to find some e else to assist me. The daughter and the other worker were still having a conversation. Another customer walked in the store and there was still no one to help. I put the scarf back on the shelf and tooky slbusoness elsewhere. I have always had a great experience when visiting this store but today was the worst experience. I will probably drive to Queens beauty moving forward. There is always someone there greeting the customer and asking if they can help.
The young lady that was supposed to be helping me act like she did not want to assist me. As a matter of fact, she was very unprofessional. She does not need to be working with the public. I feel like if I am going to be spending my money, I expect to get good service as well.

Today was my first time in this store. I went in to look for a wig, and walked right out. The "employee" in the Wigs Dept was too busy having a personal conversion to help. Very unprofessional. I won't be back.
