I normally don’t feel inclined to write negative reviews since a business can have an off day, but otherwise be fine. However my pedicure experience today warranted me speaking my truth. My technician was a nice lady but her work was sloppy and painful. When she filed my nails she would constantly scrape at my skin. When she cut my nails, they looked crooked everywhere. The massage was the worst and she kept accidentally scraping her nails against my legs. I am honestly not very good at painting my toenails hence why I see a professional, but I could have done a much better job. I’ll attach some photos and you can see for yourself the bumpiness of the paint, the airbubbles on my right big toe, just the overall careless look. It seemed like the other technician was the manager or owner so maybe if I had booked her instead my pedicure could have looked better.

Lauren did my nails and she did an amazing job on my mom and I. She did the exact shape and length that I wanted. It was a super great experience. I have tried multiple places, and Lauren’s by far the sweetest.

Lauren, was wonderful. She did her best to recreate a picture I had on my phone with my nail inspiration. I would definitely go again. Thank you Lauren!

Relaxing, amazing massaging chairs, great prices. Best pedicure I've had in a long time. Plus the two ladies working were very nice! I will be back!!

I had a wonderful experience here. Laurence did perfect on my eyebrows waxing. She made them perfectly Symmetric. My pedicure gel turned out beautiful. She scrubbed my callous off my heels and made my feet smooth. Will definitely come back for more❤️❤️

First time here, 12/29/2021, Kathy was great!!! I was seated right away and the services were excellent, nail and toe polish was great, she even polished the tips going under the nail, which I expect. I'll be returning for sure and want to try the gel nails, I hear they are thin. Wonderful, relaxing experience!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU EVER VISIT THIS NAIL SALON.

Not only are they at best mediocre in doing anything related to your nails, they are CROOKS. I found this place online, checked their prices and came to get my nails done. They never offered me a menu to look over options and I just told them what I wanted based off what I saw online.

They then gave me a pedicure that included maybe 3 minutes of a leg massage, and a dip manicure that the person clearly had no experience doing. I was polite and guided her as she completed my nails so that I could at least have something for New Years Eve.

Then when it came time to check out she charged me an extra $10 for the nails and and an extra $3 for the pedicure. I asked why the prices were different and she mentioned they got new management. It was not about the money, more the principal of having completely different prices online vs in store (after also not giving me a menu to actually see the prices changes prior to starting). Because I did not want the woman to lose the money out of her paycheck I paid the full amount and she assured me that I would be able to speak to the owner. He then dodged the question for 4 days and came back to today saying he would NOT speak to me nor would he give any refund.

This is a spa with inexperienced nail technicians, poor customer service, and no concept of being transparent to customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid. They removed my gel manicure for twenty-seven dollars; I couldn't even proceed to get the full manicure that I needed, I wanted to get out of there so bad. Thirty dollars just to remove my gel polish and they did it terribly wrong. she thinned my nails, they're ruined..two weeks later I'm writing this review only because I wanted to give time to see if my nails are ruined and yes they are. She removed the gel polish the wrong way. They call you "friend" when you're there in their presence but the workers (one in particular) did not have good intentions nor fully knew what she is doing. Avoid this place at all costs, they're robbing you. I don't want to be anywhere NEAR this place. Oh and they're desperate for customers; they offer you a discount over the phone when you call to schedule an appt. Weird.
