Best Asian store in Kansas City! Sooooo much to choose from.
Kababesh Grill was just OK. Meh. I've had better Indian food in different parts of the country and the state. For the $20 buffet I probably would try to find a different Indian restaurant. There was an over zealous young lady who kept asking to take my plate when I was clearly still working on it. It got annoying after the 3rd request. And they have a sign up requesting patrons to not waste food. If I let her have my plate each time she asked for it she definitely would have wasted their food.
Love the selection and interesting food. There is something for everyone. Our son likes the sweets. We go at least once a month to eat at the restaurant. Bring cash
Ate at Chinese palace and it was fantastic. The egg drop soup was the best I've ever had and we ordered the Bo Bo plate of appetizers and the we're the best as well.
This place used to be great but it has gone way down hill. Horrible produce selection and so many items are expired. Including the frozen and fresh sections
Fully stocked Asian grocery with everything you'd ever want for Asian cuisine of which I know nothing about but the jasmine rice is really good! If for no other reason, go for a cultural experience!
When I go here, I visit the 888 market. Before I leave the site, I order from Chinese palace across the parking lot. There is a Starbucks that I have been to on the order of the strip. It would be the first thing you sew going I to the parking lot. Tanners, Easy Vet, and a India grocery store are other places.
Area is always clean and manicured...which also matches their basic stores; Great Clips, Starbucks, a Mediterranean eatery(forgot name), Tanner's Bar, Myers Music(great for renting middle school and high school string and brass instruments, and in my opinion their most prized store and most unique:888-10 Marketplace( the Costco of Indian and hard to find worldly food. They have a great live and fresh fish section, given we live 1000's of miles from the ocean as well as to be expected a spice section being Indian food is known for great spices. Overall a neat shopping center and experience, visited multiple of times.
