( please read to end) me and my friend went i got a pedicure and her a manicure, acrylic and I got gel. After closer inspection I realized it didn't really look like they did my cuticles or push it out the way to paint my whole toe nail and I paid 65$. I also had a ingrown toe nail, I thought they removed those, the other nail places I'd been to would. Am I supposed to ask for that? Because I still have it and stupid thing hurts. My friend was quoted 50 and it went to 60? And said her nails were a little lumpy. If you don't look really really close there very pretty. Massage chairs are amazing, stones and massage and the wax all felt very good. Just really wanted that pesky ingrown removed and I thought cuticles was on the paper. I'd still go again though
Pictured below is from my most recent experience yesterday, and I am in love. I was going to post the other manicures I'd gotten from here that have also been great but couldn't find them.
I've come about 3 times following a bad and rough experience from another salon and I am always so pleased. JC was so kind hearing my tales of the other salon and kept making sure he wasn't hurting me. I had Lynn this last time and she was just as sweet and even took the time to let me pick between two colors by putting them on my nail for me to compare. She did a stand up job and I couldn't thank her enough. I even did a pedicure this time, the guy did a great job too.
People definitely underestimate how busy they get and they more than do the best they can to fit people in with limited staff.I hope for many more wonderful experiences to come. They definitely work hard to overcome the bad taste the previous owners left in people's mouths.
My only day off this week was Sunday, which is literally the toughest day to find a nail tech. I was a little skeptical at first because I've been to other nail salons in different Walmarts, but I honestly had the best experience. Typically, I find it hard to let them know exactly how I want them, but Eve was so friendly and accommodating. I called at 1:30 and got there at 2, probably waited for about 20 minutes before someone could work on me, which was no big deal there were like 10 customers and maybe 4 workers. My nails look fantastic and Eve is a perfectionist just like me, which I appreciate. She said she was new, but she definitely does a great job I will be going back so she can work on "her nails" again. So cute, so sweet and the best customer service. Thanks Eve!!!
honestly bad experience, the man doing my nails literally fell asleep and was dozing off while doing my nails.. not exactly sure what was up with that .. my shape was not done good nor my tip design. they made me and my friend do a 5 star review for a major “discount” on the nails and immediately after i deleted it. two days later my nails are already starting to come up. the last picture is how i wanted my nails to be and as you can see in the picture of my nails they are pretty messed up. will not be going back here again. and i believe the man that did my nails his name was Sam.
TERRIBLE. My nails chipped 2 days after I got them done. I went in to get them fixed and JC started arguing with me saying it was my fault because I was pushing on my nail. (No I wasn’t) Tracey is the one who did my nails and she told me to come back, when I did she had scheduled people over my appointment. The service was aweful. The product is cheap. I will never be back to regal nails.
I came from TX and it was hard trying to find a good descent nail salon and Regal Nails inside Walmart did a beautiful job. JC who was my nail tech was very professional and detailed. You tell him what you want amd he makes sure he gets it done and he was very polite. Ill be coming back here. Thankyou JC! Y’all make sure you ask for him ????
Best nail salon in citrus county! Very clean and such great service, I love Mrs Emma she always does my nails and does such a great job, she’s always making me laugh so y’all go request her! Thanks regal nails y’all are awesome.
David was AMAZING! I feel like he really cares about his consumers.
He quickly decided that the nail polish I chose was not going to have the finish I expected so he worked out a solution that was absolute perfection!! I will DEFINITELY be going back!!!
