I don’t usually leave bad reviews but went to this place today, wasn’t my first time there. My previous experiences were ok but today I had a dip and gel pedicure. The 2 guys that assisted me were beyond rude and unprofessional. The one that did my nails had a little attitude but needed my nails done last minute for an event so I overlooked it. The minute my friend came, this guy’s attitude got worse. He kept dragging my finger aggressively and kept cutting into my skin with the file. The one that did the gel pedicure did a terrible job. I didn’t even realize until I got home how awful it was (see picture). He didn’t even file my toenails evenly. At one point I was dealing with something on my phone and accidentally dipped my foot back into the water, this guy hissed his teeth and started dragging my foot. To top it off their WiFi wasn’t working well so my card wasn’t getting accepted when they swiped it, tried withdrawing from the ATM and same thing happened. These people started giving attitude like it was my fault that their system was down ????. Good thing my friend stopped by and had cash on him. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude, do NOT recommend. Waste of $95 but you live and you learn
Gail Nelson, the woman that’s writing a negative review about us is a stone-cold liar! this is the mother of the former employee or “tech” she spoke about in her review, Rhiana, she’s saying negative things about the business solely based on her daughters termination, we had to let this former employee go due to; under qualified, lack of work ethic, no call- no show, excessive lateness, numerous customer complaints. we would sincerely appreciate if anyone browsing this review section please do not take what ‘Gail Nelson’ said about our business as factual, because it’s not, especially seeing how this woman is not our customer and has NEVER been to the salon! we are professionals and provide quality service, this is truly a case of a disgruntled former employee that is doing everything they can to retaliate against the business that fired her well within their rights as an employer.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! They are rude their work is horrible and they don't stand by it when your nails begin to chip in two days they blame you!They had One good nail tech and she could speak English!! Rhiana, she's gone I will never go back here They are a total rip off not to mention Dirty their sterilization container is never on!! And containers with barbicide is always empty! Plain NASTY beware of this bunch!!!

It was me my sister-in-law and my friend Laurie my sister-in-law had her own nails and they charged a $25 just to put gel polish on my friend Laurie had already acrylic nails on and they told her 22 and then they charged her $35 to fill her nails I had no nails just had powder dipped what I wanted and they told me that they would put acrylic nails on but part of dipped I've never had Potter dipped acrylic nails and I do not like them I didn't ask for them and I did not want them and they gave it to me anyway she kept saying I look good look good I don't recommend anybody going to the salon they don't give you what you want they do what they want I'll never go here again they charged me $55 for acrylic powder dipped nails and I didn't ask for that I asked for a Potter dipped nails not acrylic I didn't know what to say she was already starting to do them and she kept saying you look nice you look nice and I didn't really care for them when they were done.
They don’t even deserve one star. Don’t waste ur money or time there. The service is horrible. Every time I’ve gone in there I’ve left disappointed smfh.
I love the way they do my nails. Nice place , nice people. I’m definitely coming back.
Just relocated from Miami and I love this place , i’ve only ever been seen by Kim and she’s great , can’t speak for anyone else. Friendly and efficient service , also the best eyebrow wax i’ve ever had. Love them !
