My FAVORITE hair supply store !!! I love when I call either brother ( the owners) Will answer and greet me by my name cause they no my voice… The bond I have with them is beautiful… The store prices are insane ( meaning show my cheaper prices ! Which I doubt ) store is well stocked let me mention an important fact we as blacks face ( Stereotype ) they do NOT follow you around and rush you out they store !! I am comfortable shopping here in my skin !

I was totally disrespected in this store. I was just trying to buy a wig. A woman reprimanded me for touching a wig and I asked her did she work here. She said yes. But she didn't and continued to be ride to me

I reported her to the manager and he did absolutely nothing. It was a very negative experience.

They needed restocking or products. Many empty shelves. Pricing was fare.

DISRESPECTFUL AND AGGRESSIVE…

I’ve witnessed countless times the staff being rude, refuse to acknowledge customers, treat you like a criminal following customers around and disrespectful if customers wrongful purchase the incorrect product and need to exchange it. All in all they do not respect their clientele!

I like this store and shop here often but I think the COVID return or exchange policy needs to be updated and should not apply to all purchases. These products are costly and if it’s damaged or not what you thought you should be able to at least exchange the item. I will shopping else where. At this point COVID is here to stay.

Never shopped here but I called got the information on how to find them. I literally pulled up at 6:59 and all I need it was yellow Bolis for my daughters hair and they closed before 7 so I was very upset because I wasted my time coming there for nothing and they literally turned out the lights as I parked and saw me parking so I guess they don’t close at 7 o’clock to go before 7 o’clock.

I like the new store though I'm waiting for more silver n grey hair products. ????

I received excellent customer service from an older Asian gentlemen who works here. I was looking for a hooded hair dryer. He patiently unwrapped two different models and plugged them in so I could feel the heat on different settings to be sure of which one was best for me. He really knows how to service customers.
