I drive the extra 20 minutes to drive across town to this beauty supply store . On top of great products at great prices , the staff is very friendly and family oriented . ❤️
Horrible experience ive never in my life been watched and follwed by an employee so hard to the point where if i took a step she took a step the older woman thats in there watched and followed me the ENTIRE time she literally walked with me while i shopped i asked her to back up and let me shop if i need help ill let you know so she goes to a corner and watched every single thing i did if i picked up something she left that corner so fast to see what i was doing then she had the nerve to show me the security piece on whatever i picked up!!!! I had on some jeans and a tshirt no purse just a wallet please tell me where im putting anything at! Yall can put 2 and 2 together but never again ill stick to online shopping to get my supplies instead!!!!!!
I have shopped every hair store in Pensacola for quality human hair wefts & I finally found THE BEST hair at this store. I went in looking for a 22-26 inch brown hair that I couldn't find anywhere else, the lady helped me with one hair but then showed me one other & that was the hair for me. As seen in the pictures it looks JUST like my real hair. I purchased the Bobbi Boss hair in 22" & it hits right at my butt (it sits in my lap if I'm sitting down). It's beautiful, great quality hair. I was about to purchase 2 packs of some other hair off of Amazon & this 1 pack of Bobbi Boss hair did the job for only $200. This store by far has the best selection of hair in Pensacola.

Used to come to this hair store every time I needed something but not anymore. I usually don’t take my purse in there but this time i did. I went through the security thing that beeps and it was already beeping. A customer was by it with her basket making it go off. The older man then kept calling out ma’am , I thought he was talking to her but it was me. He said he needs to check my bag. I said it’s not me and he saw the other customer was making it beep. I was not about to let that man check my bag for no reason.
Purchasing hair products. As I was checking out an item had the wrong price on it. The cashier (the owner’s son) asked his mom about the pricing. When he returned he stated he would ring both the items at the same price at $8.59 instead of $9.49. After I completed my transaction I look at my receipt as saw it was not correct. So the cashier’s mother came over to see what was going on. He proceeds to tell (loud and rudely) her that I wanted him to change the price which wasn’t the case. His mom took over and he’s still being loud and calling me a liar and saying I should have listened, etc The owner didn’t want to give my money back but she finally decided to refund some of my money. I wanted to return everything. The owner needs to check her rude child before he ruins her business.
Probably the largest selection of wigs and hair in the area. They're always friendly when I've come in. The store is very clean, and I appreciate how they've displayed the hair. The beauty selection isn't extensive, but they've got an impressive amount of fragrance oil dupes, and they sell club clothing and accessories. There's a good amount of variety when it comes to hair dressing and skincare items. I like to get my Got2B and Gorilla Snot here.
