DONT GO HERE!! go anywhere else and I mean anywhere I would rather have a toddler do my nails then come here again 50 bucks for the man to cut me and get upset when I told him he hurt me. He also got rude when my nails weren’t dry all the way and I came back in and asked him to fix them don’t come here. If I could leave 1 star I WOULD!!
Got in quick and staff is very friendly. I wanted a basic pedicure and was forced to do the $50 one because my “legs are dry”. Lady doing my pedicure filed the skin below the nail of my big toe. After drawing a line of blood, she used towel and dipped my foot back in the water. She then applied NAIL GLUE to my bleeding toe to stop the bleeding. I felt bad for her but it really hurt and she continued touching it throughout the rest of the pedicure and then offered no discount.
Got my nails done at this salon because my usual salon was completely packed and my nails are thick she cut them shorter than I asked and my nails are crooked she didn’t take her time at all she took 15 min to do a whole set of acrylics and paint them, they aren’t the same length do not recommend this place at all mind you I paid 60$ for these after she had told a girl right in front of me that it would be 35$ for hers
Paid for the $35 pedi to get the dead skin off and that didn’t happen! My sister got the same package and got way over charged! My nails still have the cuticles around the edges they didn’t even cut clip them off! $100 waisted! I’ll never ever step food back into Bella!!!!! Poor poor poor services and way to over priced!!!
I went in for dip nails. First time was good. They looked great. I went back in 3 weeks and had a Male do same dip. He took it off with a dremel. Ruined my nails and caused them to look horrible. That's been two months ago and I have weddings and events to attend. My nails were so healthy before. Never again.
I went here before my wedding to get a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was ok and my nails looked nice until the polish got messed up on my little toe and they didnt offer to fix it. I felt bullied into getting either the shellac or dip manicure which I did not want. I wanted a relaxing natural manicure with the massage and wax. Instead my nails were quickly filed down and one was not straight. I had to fix it myself when I got home. She kept telling me that my nail was just like that and there was nothing she could do. No lotion, no wax, 5 minutes and she was done. The filing was so harsh that one of my nails broke before my wedding a couple days later. Started to break on the side. Will never go back again. When you pay for a service you expect it to be done right. Very disappointed.
I went to get acrylics and they did not even put on the acrylic tips. When I told them what I actually wanted Bill ripped the acrylic stuff off my real nail. Then I asked for mermaid nails number 25, then when he started putting on the color on my nails it was a totally different color. I also asked for shorter but he left them so long. When I came home, all my nails were sore as well.
The quality of the pedicure was very poor. I will never go back again. The older gentleman did a poor job clipping the nails, and did nothing on the sides of the nail. Nails are even crooked. Really poor job for 45.00
