Fácil de hacer una cita y disponibilidad. Las instalaciones están limpias. El precio es justo. El corte para mis niños fue de $12 dólares por niño y el mío $15 dólares. Hacen un buen trabajo, me gustaron mucho los cortes. Podrían ser un poco más amigables en el mostrador de la entrada. Llegamos y parecía que nadie se había dado cuenta que alguien había entrado. Si recomendaría ese salón.

I had the worst experience ever, the lady that’s blonde and older does not listen to what you request done and does an horrific job. I showed her MULTIPLE pictures and even a video of the style i wanted and she proceeded to do whatever she wanted. When I told her she cut it too short her excuse was my hair was too dead.

Th whole cut and time I was there I was wishing I did it myself atleast that way it’d come out better than how this lady left me. 0/10 rating.

Una señora llamada Adela, me ofreció un súper mal servicio, tuvo muy mala actitud y fue 0 profesional. Con anterioridad agende mi cita para uñas y cabello, y me ofrecieron unos posibles precios, al llegar, la encontré haciéndose las uñas y al preguntarme que me haría me dijo el doble de los precios para todo. Y en adición tenía que esperar a que se secaran sus uñas. Le cancele la cita de las uñas y continuamos con el cabello. No me lo quería lavar y eso que había pedido un servicio con blower, no me lo cortaba como lo solicitaba y sus respuestas a mis inquietudes eran en muy mal tono y se auto-insultaba, cuando le di el 45% de propina me dijo: quédatela tu que la ocupas mas que yo. Que mala imagen me llevo del personal del salón, igual le deje la propina. Realmente ha sido de las experiencias más incómodas. Se quejó de sus propias compañeras al decirme que la Doña Patricia agenda unos precios, pero que después le cobran más a ellas, y que no era la primera vez que hacía algo así.

I've been going there for years. when I started going I wouldn't have a problem because they would keep their employees and the girls knew what I wanted. the girl that used to cut my hair quit because the wages were so little that she would prefer to cut hair on her own. since then, every time I would go I see a new DOÑA every month. and they do a really crappy job. I just got my hair messed up again today. last i go there. I don't recommend it anymore.

I was promised a different haircut. I showed the stylist a haircut that I wanted and when I stood up from the chair I looked totally different. I wanted long layers my hair was beautiful length few inches away from my butt. Now I have something close to a mullet. I look terrible and all I want to do now is cry. Be aware of this salon.

We called ahead of time and got quotes for a perm and a set if nails. Perm we were told that tgey start at 45, my sisters hair is just past her shoulders amd it ended up being $110. It better look at least half decent. Been here 3 hrs now. As far as my nails, i was quoted $25. So i go to sit down for a regular set of acrylic with regular polish, and was quoted $70 for short oval shaped! Every design and every shape that i asked for , she said she couldn't do for me. Because she normally does hair and no one else can do nails, so i went for as short as possible and as simple as possible, and she wanted $70!! I continued to sit there while she was gathering her things and left me sitting there. Turns out that she had to make a run to the store for products for the salon. I ended getting up and leaving to find another nail salon. I do not reccomend this place. Especially if you are not hispanic. Although my sister and i are hispanic we just don't look it. We were treated bad by the owner.

Fui ayer a que me cortaran el pelo y fui atendido muy amablemente por Graciela quien me cortó el pelo de forma muy profesional muy amigable excelente servicio voy a volver pronto.

Patricia has a very bad customer service. She doesn’t treat all customers fair.. only guys maybe who give good tips.
