I live in the area close to this salon and implore you to find somewhere else to go. I went in for a simple fill in and it just went from bad to worse. As you can see from these pictures of my nails the next morning my cuticles are cut up, they aren't filed completely, and the polish is bleeding over the nails in several places. This women rushed to complete my nails and in the process ignored protocol for everything from cleaning her space to curing the nails. And what did I get for my troubles? And inexplicable upcharge of $5 that neither her or the receptionist explained to me. This was a terrible experience and I will be going somewhere to have to polish removed because my cuticles burn where the polish covered them. I would love to give benefit of the doubt but when you can't even take a moment to ask if I want matte topcoat or shiny I have to assume that our happiness as customers is not your top priority.
Very disappointed.
This place is the perfect little nail salon. Priced pocket friendly and the nails look amazing. Staff are very friendly and patient with my questions and concerns. I will definitely be back!
*****Update: Came back again for mani pedi and they did not disappoint at all. She really takes her time and makes sure my nails look amazing. Love the job they do. Think this will be my go to spot.
I went in for a simple pedicure and even though the set up is kinda cute I didn’t really enjoy my experience, the man who did my pedicure was pretty rough with the sanding band and nicked me several times with the band and cuticle cutter, I also noticed that he didnt change the band in front of me (which I thought is proper protocol) so who knows if it was new? Also the file used for my toes WAS NOT new. I mean idk how chop shops like these are even still open and have the nerve to charge 50 for a pedicure. At this point we have to bring our own tools because cleanliness just isn’t a standard anymore. I will not come here again. And you can tell from the photos that the polish wasn’t neat at all. Lol go somewhere else
Beautiful space. Indian (The absolute most gorgeous woman) woman (No she's not offended she and I had that conversation). Did an absolute incredible job on my friends feet and massage. She also engaged very well with her surrounding customers and employees.
I have to say Maria and the others are amazing ???? The service is 5 star. I would recommend them to the fullest. I have been a patron there for years and even though I'm moving to Sanford I will continue to frequent their establishment.
My husband and I was looking for a place to get a last minute pedi. First we stopped at Paris nails and they were rude and refused to do our pedi. They closed at 7 however it was only 545 and no one in front of us. We ended up looking elsewhere and we found this gem. The two ladies were so nice and took their time. It was an awesome experience! Thank you for your great hospitality!
The nail lady cut the side of my finger when she was filing my nails and was pretty rough overall on my nails. The nail salons I usually go to put some cuticle oil after everything is done but this place didn’t. She also left some nail polish on my skin after and I didn’t realize until I left. Left my cuticles drier than they were before I came in. Nails look pretty good but a little uneven.
My mom and I have been going for roughly 6 or 7 years, and we've never had a bad experience. Cindy is my mom's favorite tech, and all of the techs who have done my nails and pedicures have been wonderful. Not everyone may speak perfect English, but they've all been super sweet, they make sure you like what's being done, ask if the water is too hot or cold, and take their time when giving a service. When it's busier it's a little crowded and fast paced but that's like any other place when busy, they try to help as many people as possible and you won't get as long as if you'd come in earlier or another day, or even set an appointment. The polish usually lasts me about 2 weeks or so before major chipping, and I've never had a painful or bad experience. We typically get the spa treatment for pedicures, which is really relaxing l, and gel or regular polish for manicures, so I don't have an opinion on their tips, dip nails, or polygel. They also offer you refreshments at the beginning when you first sit down, prices are reasonable, it's around a great area, and everything is really clean. Definitely recommend this place!
