Quick Facts About Bery & Lorent Studio Salon

Bery & Lorent Studio Salon Place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's analyze them below:
Strengths: 1. Skilled Stylists: Some customers in the comments mentioned that they received good haircuts and were satisfied with the results. This indicates that the salon has skilled stylists who can provide quality services.
2. Positive Testimonials: One customer specifically mentioned their positive experience with Loren, stating that he does a great job and is highly recommended. This indicates that the salon has at least one stylist who is appreciated by customers.
Weaknesses: 1. Inconsistent Pricing and Price Increases: Several comments mentioned that the salon often increases its prices, which can be frustrating for customers. This inconsistency in pricing may lead to customer dissatisfaction and feelings of being taken advantage of.
2. Rude and Unprofessional Service: Multiple comments mentioned that the salon staff, including the owner, were rude, unprofessional, and did not value their customers' opinions. This negative behavior can create a hostile and unwelcoming environment for customers.
3. Poor Hair Services: A customer mentioned that their hair was damaged and fried after getting a coloring treatment from Bery, the owner. Additionally, another customer mentioned receiving a bad haircut that completely ruined their hair journey. These experiences indicate that the salon may provide subpar hair services, leading to customer dissatisfaction and negative outcomes.
4. Hygiene Concerns: A comment brought up poor hygiene practices, specifically mentioning that the salon owner, Bery, uses the same wax stick on everyone's eyebrows. This raises a valid concern regarding the salon's commitment to maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness.
5. Communication and Appointment Issues: One customer highlighted their negative experience with scheduling appointments. They were given the runaround and sent home without their hair being colored. The salon's lack of communication and failure to meet customer expectations can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction.
6. Attitude and Unprofessionalism: Multiple comments mentioned the new owner's bad attitude, including not honoring the advertised prices, not wearing a mask, and displaying rude behavior. This unprofessionalism can deter customers from returning to the salon and may result in negative word-of-mouth.
Overall, Bery & Lorent Studio Salon Place has some strengths, such as skilled stylists and positive testimonials, but their weaknesses, including inconsistent pricing, rude service, poor hair services, hygiene concerns, communication issues, and unprofessional behavior, outweigh these strengths. Addressing these weaknesses is crucial for the salon to improve customer satisfaction and retain a loyal customer base.

I used to go to these so called professionals for a few years until they just started bumping up the prices every month and the attitude was out the window rude. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO TERRIBLE WORK.
Horrible service . These are some rude stuck up polish people . Bery the owner damaged my hair soo badly I wanted to go blonde she fried my hair I went in with long hair up to my back walked out with my hair at my shoulders I never asked for a cut and to top it off she was trying to leave my hair grey telling me it' looks nice . Do not spend your money here go somewhere else where they will value your opinion not give you what the hell they want never again will I step foot in their place . Not to mention bery uses the same wax stick on everyone's eyebrows there's poor hygiene there . All they care about is taking your money .
I have no complaint, been getting hair cuts for a couple of years and walk out looking better with fresh hair cut. I started taking my grandson and always clean cuts. Sure the sign reflects $10.00 , but most places have increased pricing due to making up for COVID loses. Good average haircut is about 20.00 USD. or at least that what I'm used to paying.
so let me start by saying I was not happy with my hair trim today. I am so sad that I have to start my hair journey all over again. The owner of this shop is a women apparently. Today I went for a trim, I specifically told her not to cut too much of my hair. My hair is naturally curly, I even blow dried my hair to make it easier for her to see the length of my hair. What I received was literally a blunt cut. I've been growing my hair for about two years and she literally cut all of my hard work off. I will place pictures below. I asked for a refund and she told me that she wasn't giving me anything back, she told me she did her job. I never even got a sincere apology. The lady was careless, rude and unprofessional. They will never get my services again.
This is the worst experience. The service is very bad and the stylist are not educated and I am warning you , do not waste your time!
Amazing owner great staff. I get my haircut with Loren he is amazing. I hate to say this because I want him to be for me only but highly recommended. I know hes getting more ppl but he deserves it. Friendly cares about you the whole 9 yards. Thank you Loren for making me look great.
Frank Delgado.
This place is rude, the outside sign advertises $7/10 haircuts, yet the man says it's 20 for a regular man's haircut. When I said what about the sign outside, he waved his hand like to shoo me away as if to say deal with it or go somewhere else. This is the second time we've been there that he's been rude to us. Before this new man took over the place it was a great place to go. Now this new guy has a horrible attitude. He won't give you any eye contact, keeps staring at his phone. The door states we must wear a mask yet he doesn't wear one. We are never coming back.
Made an appointment for hair coloring was given the run around and was sent home without my hair being colored. Was told to make an appointment for the next day, made the appointment for 11am called to confirm the appointment a young lady answered and stated there is no colorist and stated either Thursday or Friday. What a shame.
