Went and got my nails done 5 days ago, not even a full week and my gel polish and refill is already chipped as well as my top coat is turning brown! My nails were not filled in appropriately. Looks horrible after a few days, very disappointed.
I LOVE this place! Have been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Until yesterday. I went for a fill and a polish change, like I always do, and I was placed with someone I've never had before nor have ever seen working there and that is the last time I will ever let them place me with her. It is the worst fill I've ever received, my nails look terrible!!! I would have said something and requested some sort of a discount but she happened to be the one checking me out and there was a definite language barrier.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I believe the man that helped me was Ben (not sure). I got an acrylic set with tips/gel polish on and was rushed out of his chair within 20 minutes. My nails were not shaped right, thick and he cut my cuticles multiple times. He even said “I gotta hurry with you, next one is here”. It is now 4 days later and my nails are already lifting. Will not be going back to this place.
Darlene is hands down the best for a pedicure. Tommy does awesome acrylic nails. My nails are always so nice and my feet feel great too.
I got the worst dip manicure I've ever gotten in my life, I sat in my car and cried after. I asked her to fix them during and she didn't want to until I was visibly upset, still they are uneven and lumpy
I was in town temporarily and stopped at Best Nails to get a French manicure. Cindy asked if I wanted the dip and I told her no because I had a bad experience where it looked bulky and ugly. She assured me her dip would look beautiful. I put my trust in her and she did a fabulous job! They were very elegant and lasted a long time!
Chi gives the BEST pedicures. I find myself buying the longest pedi just to have her massages! She is phenomenal!
Teresa has done my gel nails for years. She is absolutely the BEST with my gel nails. Always accommodating and gives us the 5 star ⭐️ service!
