I had been a regular customer at this barbershop for few years now, but I've noticed a significant decline in both the quality of service and the relationship with the barbers. While I come from a less affluent background, it's unfair to be treated poorly. Although I cannot always afford to leave large tips, I consistently leave $5 each time I get a haircut. Unfortunately, this has happened to me several times over the years, where I'll have an appointment but the barbers skip over me for a more lucrative customer or rush through my haircut, resulting in poor quality. After the treatment I received during my last visit, I am truly at a loss for words. While I understand the importance of making money, taking care of customers should not be neglected.
Also it is important to remember that just because someone is not Punjabi, it does not mean they do not understand Punjabi. It is not acceptable to use derogatory language towards customers who do not share the same background. This behavior is discriminatory and racist. I also advise against getting a haircut from Shanky, as it may leave you feeling mentally and aesthetically unsatisfied. Additionally, it is best to avoid going to Sam unless you have a significant amount of money to spend and have the ability to handle his attitude. Lastly, appointments do not seem to hold much significance to them. During one of my visits, even though I had an appointment, a barber skipped me to go have lunch and proceeded to attend to the person with the appointment after mine. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers.
This is simply my personal experience, and while the barbers may be decent people, I will not be returning due to years of disappointment.
One of the best barber shops in town. Rohit the owner is very humble and he gives the best haircuts, as well as others. I feel good every time I get an haircut from there.
Please do not come to this barber shop for god's sake. These people do not speak english, only punjabi. I spoke to them in punjabi because they did not understand english but it was so hard for them to just understand a simple haircut.
They have loud music playing in the background that doesn't even allow the client to properly communicate with the barber.
Not only that there are new trainee barbers here everyday who practice on other people's heads without letting them know before hand.
Lastly, it is extremely hard to even make an appointment because the barbers cut their friends first and then anyone else last.
Please take my word for this the barbers here do not know how to cut hair nor do they have any respect for the client.
PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY SHANKY
This is something that will most likely happen to you so if you do not want to go around with a messed up haircut please go to a better salon as I am still recovering from the horrendous haircut that Shanky gave me.
I am sure not even half of the barbers are licensed or went to barber school.
If you still do not believe me then please go ahead and go get a messed up haircut.
I did my best to tell the truth the rest is up to you guys.
terrible service. ego got to the barbers heads. just because they have lots of customers their respect for each customer went down and they do not know how to do many hairstyles.
they all are taught how to do only one terrible fade which is a high skin fade and thats all they will do even though the customer does not ask for it.
THEY KEEP ON BLASTING PUNJABI MUSIC AND DO NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD!
dangaran nou baal vi nhi kaat ne aunde.

terrible salon and no professionalism.
never come here ever again!!!!
Used to be a great spot until Nikhil and others left to open up their own shops. Barbers make fake promises on appointments
they lie and say there is no wait when you call. unless you have a relationship with the barber then you will have to wait 3 hours to get your haircut
Very good barbershop always getting my cuts from here. Good to see them succeeding.
