Great experience every time I come in and get my hair done. The women that work there are very professional, welcoming and friendly. Sheena has done my hair for 9 years and I have never been disappointed.
So disappointed. I put trust into the stylist to share the best options. My stylist ordered and installed 3 full Wefts of hair! This is an incredible amount of money $570 and an incredible amount of weight on your head. Needless to say the wefts were slipping out position and really never dried. I had texted the stylist late afternoon looking for assistance when a bead broke loose. Her response was I’ll see you Monday. Really. Consequentially, I had to fix it myself. When I did come in she removed some of the weft and my hair was a narly mess. She kept yanking on it until I suggested spraying conditioner on it! I felt very taken advantage of by someone who is still learning. Later I sought advice and repair from another source. They were astonished at the fact that she suggested and installed 3 Full wefts! This is clearly a learning opportunity for the stylist to return the cost of the hair that she instigated I needed.
Amazing pedicure! I recommend the hot stone service! Massage chairs. She even put my socks on for me afterwards! If you get the gel you can put your socks and shoes on afterwards. I didn't know that! Thank you Bliss Salon &Spa!!????????????????????
The most talented group of women. Sheena and Ari my favorite, but seriously a salon full of talent. I walk away feeling beautiful and relaxed.
Rachael is amazing, she did a cut and color and it came out exactly as I wanted. She is personable and friendly. Her client service skills are top notch. The salon is bright and airy with an upscale feel. A definite recommendation from me. Location is convenient and is in the shopping center with Bob's Burgers.
My hair is more on the curly side and I generally avoid haircuts at all costs because I usually end up leaving unhappy. I did my research and came to Bliss to see Ari and I’m so glad I did! Not only is she a huge sweetheart but she did a wonderful job trimming my hair and I couldn’t have been happier when I left! Definitely coming back to see her on a regular basis now and you should too!
Do not book an appointment and by no fault of ur own run 15 mins late !!!! I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to this appointment. On my way I had no choice but to stop for gas the gas pumps were not working and caused me to be late .They threaten to call police over refusing to pay late or cancelation fee told me to wait for the police to arrive. when u ask for them to be considerate they say I should be considerate of there time and wasting it. The manager is very snotty & inconsiderate of customers who are willing to pay for services but had a mishap out of their control to make appointment right on time says pay fee or get the police called and wait for them to arrive. Don’t risk ur life going here !!!! It’s honestly gross the way they treated me as a customer.very snotty staff Yuck!
I had made an appointment here and called a week prior to this appointment calling to cancel it. I had to leave a voicemail because they weren't open. I then got a reminder email saying I still had an appointment the day before. I tried to call to make sure they had canceled it, they told me they hadn't but they would cancel it. Without telling me that they were still going to charge me, I then got an invoice for $67. I am beyond frustrated and will not be going back here
