Gerade richtig für Londoner
Decent enough, just nowhere near as good as expected. Very, very over rated. No card payments either. Sauces taste a bit dull too. Meat quality is decent though. There have to be better kebabs in this part of London. It is very expensive for what it is too. A very well marketed place.
Amazing! 2 of us order a XL mix kebab along with hummus, which is much tasty than the one we ordered in Turkey a week ago. All the spices & sauce & grill smell mix together to become a unforgettable favor. Don’t you ever miss this restaurant.
I've been going to Bosphorus for years, and it's become one of my favorite restaurants in London. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere.
One of the standout dishes at Bosphorus is, of course, the kebab. Whether you prefer lamb, chicken, or a vegetarian option, the kebabs at Bosphorus are some of the best I've had. The meat is always tender and flavorful, and the accompanying sides are fresh and delicious. I especially love the salads and dips, which are all made in-house.
But the kebabs are just the beginning. Bosphorus offers a wide variety of Turkish dishes. I always enjoy starting with the hummus or baba ghanoush, which are both creamy and flavorful.
One thing that sets Bosphorus apart from other Turkish restaurants in London is the quality of their ingredients. They use fresh, high-quality produce and meats, and you can really taste the difference. The portions are also generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry.
The service at Bosphorus is also top-notch. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make sure you're enjoying your meal. They're happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions you might have about the menu.
Overall, I can't recommend Bosphorus enough. Whether you're a longtime fan of Turkish food or you're just looking for a new restaurant to try, Bosphorus is definitely worth a visit. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely be returning again and again.
Ordered a Doner Wrap (lamb) served with salad and one sauce.
I was charged extra 60p for yogurt sauce. Costed me £9.10 for a small
Service: Decent
Flavour: Average
Price: Not worth the money, however it’s in South Kensington
Overall: I would not make a special trip to have their doner.
I have been going there for quite a few years. One of my friends is a very long term customer, stretching decades back. He believes this is one of the best kebab places in London and I agree. It is a tiny place with 3-4 tables inside. I wouldn't like to comment on interior set up etc. My advice would be to order takeaway. Food is nice, fresh flavours, decent quality and quantity and also a good menu. Price wise you know what to expect in that area but not too bad. Generally speaking not a long wait. I would always go there if in the area.
This is central london, so space is a premium, 4 of us sat around a tiny table (1.5m x 0.5m)
Ordered a range of kebabs and donnor meat, we watched it being prepared on the grill.
Served in silver foil plates with plastic forks, the taste and quality was exceptional!
Worked out to about £17 a head, for where you are and what you are getting that is exceptional.
Excellent little kebab house. £10 for a main course in South Kensington is very good!
