I’ve been going to this place a long time for more than 2 years. Before the lady used to greet you and welcome you. Now she is always on her phone. When you pay her she goes to the back and hides till you leave. Important than her customers. I had family come to her not anymore she will lose business eventually.
I only went in because they had 7 dollar lash extensions. She rushed she insulted me and said she had to use more lashes . She did a horrible job only lasted two days the lashes. Then she put tint on my eyebrows and I couldn’t understand what she said and did it quick . I was upset because how can I tell if the shape is good if you slap dark tint on it . Do not go there . To just get my eyebrows done and 7 eyelashes it didn’t add up . She spoke so fast and slow . I got my card out and she stated the price after she snatched my card and swiped it . I said what ? She continued to next customer after she put my card on counter and said bye thank you . I left to never return . My bank statement said 45 dollars. For 7 dollars lashes and eyebrows no thank you . Please do not go here !
I’ve been going here for 5 years now and never had a problem. Bovi is always kind, takes her time, and is efficient. With eveything closing in that mall, I’m sure she’s nervous about her business’ future, I’d give her grace.. everyone working in this mall is a little on edge.
Extremely terrible service. I told her not to use wax, but she did anyways. The end result was ugly. She made them thin and ruined the shape. I told her I didn't like it. Instead of compensating or apologizing , she told me not to come again. Not only that, but she left me hanging while she took other customers. Never ever go to this place. Next day, I had scars on my eyelid.
Serrica (hope I spelled her name right) is absolutely AMAZING!! She’s been doing my eyebrows for 5+ plus years now and never disappoints. 10/10 highly recommend
If I can give negative review stars I would! I have never had worse service in my life!!! She sat on the phone the whole time as she did my eye brows was super rough left wax on my face tried forcing me into extra charge services and was rude about it when I said no thanks. Then she did horrible on my wax threading leaving my eyebrows patchy and left wax on my face didn’t clean it off nothing was done and wanted her money! I can’t believe how bad my experience was! Beware!!!!!!!
I stopped coming here because the ladies that work here are beyond rude and extremely disrespectful. They don’t even know how to thread eyebrows because they thread them sooo thin to the point where all you have is just a straight up line left. Not only that but my eyebrows would always come out looking so crooked. They don’t follow the list of customers who walk into the place. Every time I was the first or second one there, they’d take other customers first who came in after me. When I walked in, they told me one price, but when they finished doing my eyebrows they raised the price on me and they didn’t even let me use my eyebrow card to get a free eyebrow threading and the lady yelled at me for trying to ask why I couldn’t use it. I sincerely laugh at these “5 star” reviews because I know they’re fake and the rude, ignorant women who work here probably make it their part time job to write these fake reviews in order to keep this job. Trust me. Don’t come here. I also wouldn’t be surprised if the owner is trying to remove/report reviews because I had gave my review and now it’s gone. These people are scammers. I highly recommend going to Threading Zone.
She's great and fast sometimes rushes but that's only because she's alone. Only person I let touch my eyebrows she's amazing!
