I feel very sad for the owner of this nail salon. Majority of her reviews are mostly about the same things - she is rude, lacks good customer service, and doesn’t know how to run a business. I’m surprised she’s still around. She needs more training on how to deal with people in general. She clearly lacks this. She is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a business. At the salon, she argued with me over my Groupon in front of other customers. I felt so embarrassed. If there was an issue I was unaware of, she needs to speak with me privately and respectfully to let me the issue. In addition, she charges you a surprise tip at the end of her service. It needs to be the customer’s choice how much they want to leave you (if they even want to leave anything). It’s extremely clear that she wasn’t getting any tips because her customer service is so bad. That is why she forces a surprise tip at the end. Go figure.
There are so many other nail salons in the area that provide nice customer service and do great nails. Save your time and money and do not bother with this place or this owner. I’d give 0 stars if I could,
I bought a Groupon for 2 manicures. My first experience was the worst customer service experience that I've even seen given to a customer. The tech was demanding a tip of 20%, refusing to "teach" the customer how to tip, and later complaining to me about that customer. My manicure lasted 3days before starting to chip. The second visit was more pleasant and my manicure lasted 2 weeks. So my rating is an average of 2 visits. I will never return, not even with a Groupon discount.
I found the salon through Groupon. The salon was clean and the technician did a great job with my non chip manicure.
Called because I had a Groupon. They said I had to pay full price with them and pay again with them since they are not Groupon (besides the tip obviously). They suggested I get my money refunded to my Groupon. Wouldn’t go since there isn’t really a discount and your Groupon doesn’t work here. Can’t speak regarding service as I didn’t end up going.
Very rude owner. I purchased a Groupon and it was hard to schedule appointment because she is the only person there. She demanded a specific tip amount and it had to be cash. When I called to schedule my second visit she said my groupon expired. I do not recommend using a groupon here. Just call and ask for the best price.
The person was so rude and the most ridiculous thing happen. My finger got infected and don’t ever go here people! The woman was so mean and the service was so bad. The place was dirty and chairs and tables were so weak. The woman was keep forcing us to pay 20% of tip even if I wasn’t satisfied with the service. I said I can’t pay 20%, but she said “why did you come here if you don’t have money?” My nails got chipped like after 2 more days. I totally would not recommend this place and my finger hurts so much right now because of infection.
The place was clean and the technician was friendly. While it was a good manicure and I had lot of colors to choose from, I have had better manicures done at other places. I would recommend them though and I would probably come back! I used a Groupon for my first visit.
Update: By day 2, my nails discolored around the edges. They became a deep/dark pink. Due to the discoloration so quickly, I will not return here.
